| Purpose Through the comparison and analysis of the clinical data of Liqi Tongbian Decoction and lactulose oral liquid in the treatment of senile constipation of qi deficiency and qi stagnation type,to understand the effectiveness and feasibility of Yiqi Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of senile constipation of qi deficiency and qi stagnation type,to provide scientific basis for the clinical application and promotion of this medicine,and to provide good ideas and prescriptions for the internal treatment of senile constipation in traditional Chinese medicine method.Methods This study reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and were divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 28 cases according to the different treatment plan.The treatment group was treated with Liqi Tongbian Decoction(basic prescription: Astragalus 40 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 15 g,Magnolia officinalis 30 g,macrocephala 15 g,Fructus Aurantii 10 g,Fructus Aurantii 10 g,Bitter almond 10,Yu Li Ren 10 g,Fire hemp 10 g,Sichuan Achyranthes bidentata 10,rhubarb 3 g,and add or subtract with the disease),a pair of medicine every day,twice a day,200 ml each time,one hour after morning and evening meal;control group oral lactulose oral liquid(Beijing Hanmei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine accurate word H20065730),20 ml each time,once a day,morning take;4 weeks as a course of treatment to observe the two groups before and after the treatment of stool traits,the number of times of autonomous defecation,the time required for each defecation,defecation effort,TCM syndrome total score and quality of life score changes,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,assess clinical safety and 4 weeks after the end of the treatment of patients with outpatient / telephone follow-up,evaluation long term of its efficacy.Results1.The baseline data of the two groups of patients(sex,age,course of disease),the single symptom score before treatment and the total score of TCM symptoms were not significantly different by statistical analysis(P >0.05)and were comparable.2.The Total clinical efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.1%,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.Total score of TCM syndromes: The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups is statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of Liqi Tongbian Decoction and Rufutang Oral Liquid are for elderly patients with Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation;Two groups of patients after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome statistical analysis,P < 0.01,and after treatment,the total score of the treatment group was lower than the control group,indicating that the treatment group in improving qi deficiency and qi stagnation type of senile constipation in patients with traditional Chinese medicine.4.Single symptoms: before and after treatment group each individual symptom average score comparison all had the statistical significance(P <0.05),which indicated that Yiqi Tongbian Decoction could effectively improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency Qi stagnation type senile constipation;the average score of symptoms in the control group after treatment was not statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in fecal traits,length of defecation and frequency of defecation between the two groups(P >0.05).There were significant differences in defecation difficulty,shortness of breath,abdominal distention,fatigue,anal distention,poor appetite(P <0.05)and the average score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,which indicated that LQT decoction and lactulose oral liquid could improve fecal character,shorten the time of each defecation and interval of defecation,but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.5.Quality of life score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups was lower than that of the former,the average score of the treatment group decreased by 8.93,and the average score of the control group decreased by 4.33 points,after statistical analysis,P <0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of the elderly constipation patients with Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation.6.Comparison of long-term effects: after 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were followed up.The proportion of the patients in the treatment group ?3 times a week of spontaneous defecation was56.3%,and the control group was 28.6%,The total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 7.75 ± 2.20,and that in the control group was 10.72 ± 2.99.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),it can be seen that the recurrence rate of constipation in the control group is higher than that in the treatment group,and the quality of life is lower than that in the treatment group.It shows that the treatment group can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of constipation by adjusting the internal organs and Qi mechanism of human body through taking Chinese medicine.7.Safety indicators: before treatment,each patient improved blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,ECG,and reexamined after treatment.Before and after treatment,comparison was made,indicating that there were no adverse reactions and drug side effects in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Liqi Tongbian Decoction has the characteristics of significantly improving TCM syndromes,improving the quality of life and high comprehensive efficacy for the elderly constipation patients with Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of constipation,without obvious toxicity and side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
