Study On The Regulating Effect Of Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction On The Intestinal Microecology Of Rats With Functional Constipation

Objective:To explore the regulation effect of Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction on intestinal microecology of rats with functional constipation.Methods:Thirty-five healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,mosapride group,Maren capsule group and low,medium and high concentration Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction group,with 5 rats.A functional constipation model was established by intragastric administration of albuterol hydrochloride.After the successful modeling,the model medicine was continued and the corresponding treatment was given.The general conditions of the body signs,hair color,and stool shape of each group were observed,and the amount of food,body weight,the number of fecal pellets within 6 hours,fecal moisture content,ink advancement rate,and changes in intestinal flora were recorded.Results:After successful modeling,the rats showed poor mental state,liked to get together,the activity was reduced,hair loss and urine yellowing,dry stool,shrinkage of fecal particles;anatomy feces concentrated in the colon,spherical or beaded,no obvious fecal residue in the jejunum and ileum;and feed intake,body weight gain,fecal pellet count and fecal moisture content within 6 hours after administration(P<0.05).After treatment,the rats improved the above general symptoms,the feed intake,body weight gain,the number of fecal pellets and the moisture content of feces within 6 hours after administration(P<0.05),the intestinal ink propelling rate increased rapidly(P<0.05),and the middle and high concentration Chinese medicine treatment group increased better than the western medicine group and the Chinese patent medicine control group(P<0.05);Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction after treatment,the diversity showed a downward trend,but there was no statistical significance.In the aspect of species difference analysis,in the horizontal direction of the door it showed an upward trend in the thick-walled bacteria in the functional constipation rats,while the proteobacteria showed a downward trend;Bacteroidaceae was up-regulated,Peptococcaceae and Veillonellaceae was down-regulated;in the horizontal direction,Lauter's genus,Lactobacillus,Butyricicoccus,Anaerofilum,Bacteroides showed an upward trend,while Phascolarctobacterium,Oscillospira,Prevotella showed a downward trend.Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction can improve defecation,mental state,activity,urine color and hair in functional constipation rats;increase feed intake,accelerate weight gain,improve stool moisture content,increase fecal pellets,and accelerate the intestinal transit speed and the retention of intestinal feces were most effective in the middle and high concentration Chinese medicine group,it was superior to the western medicine group and the Chinese patent medicine control group;it could regulate the intestinal flora,increase beneficial bacteria and reduce harmful bacteria.
