| Purpose:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine,Summarize the clinical experience about Professor Zhang Hongxi in the treatment of functional constipation.Totreat the female functional constipation patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis,and observe its curative effect.We hope to provide a basis clinical application in the future.Material and method:1.In this study,we selected female patients who were diagnosed with functional constipation belong to spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 total of 66 cases.This study adopted randomized and controlled method.Randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases in each group.The patient's age is 18~60 years old.Appearing dry stool,forcibly defecate.During the menstruation,accompanied by stomach,blood clots,hands and feet cold.The patient often has a stomachache.Their limbs owe warmth.They like warmth and dislike of the cold.The two groups of patients all ruled out organic lesions.There is no obvious difference in age,condition and course of disease,and it has comparability.2.The treatment group was treated with Wen Jing Tongbian Decoction for oral treatment.The composition of Chinese herbal decoction includes Zhifuzi?Gangjang?Rougui?Roucongrong?Huangqi?Shengbaizhu?Fulin?Zhishi?Muxiang?Danggui?Honghua?Taoren?Huangjing?Yuliren?Maziren?Zhigancao.The control group was treated with Prucalopride Succinate Tabletes 2mg everyday.During the period of treatment,two groups of patients were prohibited from using drugs and treatments affecting the colon motility.The patient should be light diet,avoid greasy and spicy cold food intake,regular defecation,proper exercise.The two groups were treated with2 weeks as 1 courses.Observation of curative effect after the end of 2 courses.Follow up 1 months later.The evaluation of the main symptoms and overall symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was evaluated by integral evaluation.Using SPSS17.0 software for system analysis and comparing the improvement of constipation symptoms in the two groups.Results:1.There were 33 cases in the control group and the treatment group.2 cases were lost in the treatment group and 31 cases were observed.2 cases were lost in the control group and 31 cases were observed.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52%.p<0.01,there is significant difference.The effective rate was 51.61% in the treatment group and 9.68% in the control group.p<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.3.The two groups were compared after observation and treatment for 2 courses,The two symptom points in the time of defecation and the difficulty of defecation,p>0.05,There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the treatment group and the control group.The score of three symptoms in the frequency of defecation?the character of the stool and pain of abdomen,p<0.05.The score of two symptoms in the Limbs owe warmth and Xinuanwuhan,p<0.01,the difference has statistical significance.4.In the treatment group and the control group,the total score of the symptoms was tested by rank and test after 2 weeks,p<0.05.There was obvious difference in the results.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of the two groups was tested by the rank sum test,p<0.01.After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the total score of the two groups was tested by the rank sum test,p<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.5.The relapse rate in the treatment group was 9.68% and the recurrence rate in the control group was 38.71% after 4 weeks of stopping the drug.After the chi square test,p<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Wen Jing Tongbian decoction can effectively treat functional constipation of female blood stasis type of internal resistance,and obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Professor Zhang Hongxi thought that women's constipation was more related to Yang weak and blood stasis.So we use the method of wenjing huayu liqi tongbian.Combin with the wenjing and huayu.Combin with the liqi and tongbian.Make the qi and blood walking,defecate unobstructed.3.The therapeutic effect of warming meridian Tongbian Decoction on functional constipation of female blood stasis type in the near and long terms.The recurrence rate is low,the safety is good,and there is no obvious side effect. |
