Observed The Clinical Curative Effects Of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian Decoction On Functional Constipation In Type Of Spleen-stomach Weakness And Deficiency Of Qi-blood

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction on functional constipation in type of spleen-stomach weakness and deficiency of qi-blood. Explore the influence of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction to the function constipation patients’SP&VIP.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40patients each group.The patiens in treatment group treated with Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction and in control group treated with mosapride, treatment for four weeks. Assessed the symptom score and examined the patients’ SP&VIP before and after the treatment.Compare the difference of the symptom score and SP&VIP.30healthy persons were examined their VIP&SP.Compare the difference between the healthy persons and the function constipation patients.Results:In the short-term clinical effects,the total effective rate was97.5%in treatment group and90.0%in control group(P<0.05).In the short-term Chinese medicine symptom effects,the total effective rate was97.5%in treatment group and65.0%in control group(P<0.05).In the long-term clinical effects,the total effective rate was97.5%in treatment group and72.5%in control group(P<0.05).In the long-term Chinese medicine symptom effects,the total effective rate was97.5%in treatment group and50.0%in control group(P<0.05). The healthy person’s SP is for28.37±8.27pmol/L and the VIP is for52.51±11.39pmol/L. Functional constipation patients’SP is for43.91±10.97pmol/L and VIP is for34.39±9.82pmol/L. After the treatment the treatment group’s SP is for32.26±10.27pmol/L and VIP is for49.19±13.64pmol/L. The control group’s SP is for36.85±9.88pmol/L and VIP is for43.04±10.19pmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction is definite for the functional constipation.It can improve patients’symptoms and its recurrence rate is low.Both of them are efficacy for functional constipation,the decoction is better. The level of functional constipation patients’SP is significantly higher and VIP is lower than the healthy persons’. Function constipation is related with SP&VIP. Both of them can improve patients’ SP&VIP level, but decoction is more obvious.
