Clinical Study Of The Liqi Tongzhi Decoction In Treating Functional Constipation

Objective: Compared with Simotang Oral Liquid,we observe the clinical efficacy of the Liqi Tongzhi decoction treating Stagnant of Qi type functional constipation.Methods: 60 patients of Stagnant of Qi type functional constipation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups at random number table by adopting the method of prospective randomized controlled trial. The text group of 30 cases was treated with Liqi Tongzhi decoction;30 cases in the control group were treated with Simotang Oral Liquid.4 weeks for a course of treatment,and respectively in the two groups after treatment for constipation of main symptoms and related accompanying symptom score, the result using statistical methods to analyze and deal with,and within the group,the comparison between groups, effect appraise;At the same time for blood, urine,stool test, electrocardiogram, liver function, kidney function safety testing,etc.Results: Clinical research results show that,in the aspect of clinical symptoms improved,the text group in main symptoms such as the curative effect of defecation prolonged,defecate difficulty,Poor stool improved better than that in control group,two groups of curative effect exists significant difference(P<0.05). Minor symptoms of text group had poor appetite, bloating, bowel vector gas, irritability or depression, cure or improve the curative effect is better than that of control group,curative effect is significant difference(P<0.05),the text group and control group with sigh,symptoms improvements in the treatment of no significant difference(P>0.05).In the aspect of TCM syndrome to improve curative effect,the text group is better than that of control group, text group total effective rate was 96.67%,control group total effective rate is 86.67%.Conclusion: The Liqi Tongzhi Decoction is an effective treatment of Stagnant of Qi type functional constipation.Compatibility of various drugs have temper and soften temper,liver and lung qi,make intestinal gas smooth,stool reconcile.Compared with control group can significantly improve primary and secondary symptoms of patients with constipation, and blood,urine,stool test, electrocardiogram, liver function and kidney function had no significant effect,is a safe, effective, and convenient, can Differentiation Modified herbs, and should be introduced in clinical practice.
