Study On The Characteristics Of Five Phases And Six Climatic Factors Of The Onset Year Of The Patients With Primary Glomerular Disease

Objective: Based on the theory of five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors,the basic data of patients with primary glomerular disease were analyzed to explore the characteristics of five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors in the onset years of the patients with primary glomerular disease.Methods: For a retrospective investigation and study,this study collected through survey during 2000.01-2018.12 in Gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of nephrology outpatient and the inpatient glomerular disease in patients with onset dates on the basis of the theory of five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors shipment,analysing of patients,it is concluded that the corresponding middle evolutive phase,host evolutive phase,guest evolutive phase,host qi,celestial manager qi,qi in the earth and four middle qi.Using SPSS24.0 binary logistic regression analysis,observation in patients with primary glomerular disease incidence of the distribution characteristics of all the evolutive phase and qi.Results: In univariate analysis,under the influence of the middle evolutive phase,the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the years when the deficiency of soil year evolutive,the excess of water year evolutive phase,the excess of wood year evolutive phase and the excess of soil year evolutive phase,and patients with primary glomerular disease were more likely to get sick in the years when the deficiency of wood year evolutive,the deficiency of soil year evolutive,the excess of water year evolutive phase.under the influence of the host evolutive phase the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the years when the deficiency of fire year evolutive,the excess of soil year evolutive,the excess of wood year evolutive,the excess of water year evolutive,and patients with primary glomerular disease were more likely to get sick in the years when the deficiency of water year evolutive.Under the influence of the guest evolutive phase the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the period when the deficiency of wood year evolutive,the deficiency of fire year evolutive,the excess of water year evolutive,the excess of wood year evolutive,the excess of water year evolutive,and There was no difference among guest evolutive phases(P>0.05).Under the influence of the host qi,the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the period when the Taiyin soil,the Taiyang water,the Jueyin wind,and patients with primary glomerular disease were more likely to get sick in the period when the Taiyang water.Under the influence of the celestial manager qi,the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the period when the Taiyin soil and the Taiyang water,and patients with primary glomerular disease were more difficult to get sick in the period when the Jueyin wind.Under the influence of the qi in the earth,the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high and patients with primary glomerular disease were more likely to get sick in the period when the Taiyin soil and the Taiyang water.Under the influence of the four middle qi,the constituent ratio of patients with primary glomerular disease is high in the period when the Taiyin soil,the Taiyang water,the Yangming metal and the Shaoyang fire,and there is no among four middle qi(P >0.05).In multivariate analysis,it was found that the middle evolutive phases,the celestial manager qi and qi in the earth had a greater effect on the incidence of primary glomerulonephritis,followed by guest evolutive phases and host qi,while there was no significant difference between host evolutive phases and four middle qi.Conclusion: The five elements' motion and six kinds of natural factors char-acteris tics of primary glomerular disease can be summarized as follows: 1.Dayun and celesti al manager qi and qi in the earth have the greatest influence on onseting of primary glomerular diseases,followed by guest evolutive phase and host qi.2.The middle evol utive phase of the excess of water year evolutive phase,host evolutive phase of the d eficiency of water year evolutive,the host qi of the Taiyang water,the guest qi of t he Taiyin soil and the Taiyang water may be the risk factors of primary glomerular diseases.It may be a protective risk factor for primary glomerular disease when celest ial managerqi is the Jueyin wind.
