| Objective: By collecting basic data of patients with primary glomerular diseases that have been clearly diagnosed,we explore the characteristics of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at the time of birth in patients with primary glomerular disease.Methods: This study is a retrospective case-control study,mainly through the collection of 493 patients with primary glomerular disease in the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from 2008 to 2018,and the control group included 502 patients with secondary glomerular disease during the same period.Basic information,including name,gender,age,date of birth,related disease information such as case type,clinical manifestation,etc.Calculate the attributes of the year evolutive phase,host evolutive phase,guest evolutive phase,guest climatic qi,host climatic qi,and celestial manager qi,qi in the earth,eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors based on the birth date correspondence table.Through statistical analysis,to observe the distribution characteristics of the above factors at the time of birth in patients with primary glomerular diseases.Results: In this study,493 cases were in the case group and 502 in the control group.According to the test,there was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups.The distribution of the excess of water year evolutive phase,the deficiency of water year evolutive,and the excess of gold year evolutive phase factors in the year evolutive phase at birth was statistically significant.When the first two conditions occur,the incidence of primary glomerular disease is significantly higher than that of the control group.These are the predisposing factors for primary glomerular disease.However,when the above third condition occurs,the incidence of primary glomerular disease is significantly less than that of the control group,and therefore it is a less likely cause of primary glomerular disease.The distribution of the excess of water year evolutive phase,the deficiency of water year evolutive,and the excess of earth year evolutive phase,the excess of fire year evolutive phase factors in the host evolutive phase at birth was statistically significant.When these conditions occur,the number of the patients with primary glomerular diseases is high,which is significantly higher than that of the control group.Therefore,it is a risk factor for primary glomerular diseases.The distribution of the Tai Yang water and Tai Yin earth factors in the host climatic qi at birth was statistically significant.When these two factors appear,the incidence of primary glomerular disease is higher,which is significantly higher than that of the control group and is therefore a predisposing factor for primary glomerular disease.When the Tai yang in the first half year and Tai yin in the first half year appear at birth,the incidence of primary glomerular disease is higher,which is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference in distribution between the two groups is statistically significant.It is a risk factor for primary glomerular disease.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the Xiao Ni,Tian Fu,Sui Hui,Tong Tian Fu at birth.In the combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climate factors,the incidence of primary glomerular disease in Xiao Ni,Sui Hui,and Tian Fu was higher,significantly higher than that in the control group,which was a risk factor for primary glomerular disease.The differences in the distribution of factors in guest evolutive phase,guest climatic qi,and eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors in the two groups were not statistically significant,so it cannot be assumed that guest evolutive phase,guest climatic qi,and eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors are related to the occurrence of primary glomerular disease at present.Conclusion:1.There is a close relationship between the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and the onset of disease in patients with primary glomerular disease.2.Characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at Birth in Patients with Primary Glomerular Disease:Characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at Birth with Higher Incidence of Primary Glomerular Disease:the year evolutive phase of excess of water year evolutive phase,the deficiency of water year evolutive;the host evolutive phase of water year evolutive phase,the deficiency of water year evolutive,and the excess of earth year evolutive phase,the excess of fire year evolutive phase;the host climatic qi of Tai Yang water and Tai Yin earth;celestial manager qi of Tai Yang water,Tai Yin earth;Xiao Ni,Sui Hui,and Tian Fu.The five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the year of birth with fewer glomerular diseases:the year evolutive phase of the excess of gold year evolutive phase;Tong Sui hui. |
