The Study About The Connection Between The Birth Date Of COPD Patients And The Theory Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors

ObjectiveThrough analysing the the birth of time with the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of patients who has been diagnosed with COPD, reveals the relationship of the incidence of diabetic nephropathy and the factors, which can provide a reference for the early diagnosis and clinical prevention of diabetic nephropathy. This study can provide a new thinking of the early diagnosis and treatment of COPD, and it provides a platform for the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at the same time.MethodsThis study screening 907 cases of COPD patients who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM from 2011 to 2015. Collect the basic information, including name, gender, age, date of birth, the diagnosis. According to the birth of time, we can calculate the factors of five evoluative phases and six climatic of every patient, including the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, host climatic qi, guest climatic qi. By analyzing every factors’distribution of the frequency, we hope to fine the key factors to impact the onset of COPD. And then analyze the relationship of the factors and COPD. And discuss the result through the TCM theory. We hope the research could find some new thinking to prevent and dialectically cure the disease and further apply to clinical practice.Rerult1. By analyzing of the collected patients with theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, he excess of wood year evolutive phase, the deficiency of wood year evolutive phase and the excess of fire year evolutive phase have the Larger proportion. But this result without statistical significance so the year evolutive phase couldnot be one of the affecting fortors to the COPD.2.By analysing of the collected patients with heory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the third host evolutive phase and the forth host evolutive pahse have the larger proportion; Whill the forth guest evolutive phase of TaiYin damp earth and the fifth guest evolutive phase of YangMing dry mental have the larger proportion.3. By analysing of the collected patients with heory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the JueYin wood celestial manager qi and the ShaoYang fire celestial manager qi have the large r proportion, Whill there is not statistically significance, even though the fire guest evolutive phase and the earth guest evolutive phase as same as the TaiYang guest climatic qi and TaiYin guest climatic. As a result, thire can’t be usefull to the the incidence of COPD.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the collected patients with theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, this research shows that we can’ t believe in the factors including the year evolutive phase, celestial manager qi, qi in the earth, host evolutive phase, guest evolutive phase, the factor repeated most time, constitution and the result of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi are not related to the incidence of COPD.
