| Objective: By collecting and analyzing the data of confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis patients,this paper studies the distribution characteristics and differences between the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Qingdao and the birth date of the patients,summarizes the internal relationship between the incidence and the birth date,explores the correlation between the incidence and the birth date,provides some new ideas for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,and also provides a theoretical basis for better application of the theory of of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in clinical practice.Methods: In this study,epidemiological methods were used,2034 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were collected from January 20,2014 to January 19,2019 in Qingdao chest hospital.The general data of patients were collected,and the birth date of patients was converted into five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,such as Tiangan,year evolutive phase,dominate yun,dominate qi,guest qi,Sitian and Zaiquan,and combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Through descriptive statistical analysis,chi square test and other modern statistical methods,to determine whether there is statistical difference between them,so as to further analyze the relationship between five evolutive phases and six climatic factors at birth and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.Results: 1.In the distribution of gender of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the incidence rate of male is higher than that of female,and in the distribution of age of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the middle age is more concentrated in age distribution,and the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).2.In the distribution of the year evolutive phase distribution of the date of birth of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,year evolutive phases of wood more is the largest,and has statistical significance(P<0.05),which can be used as one of the influencing factors of the disease.3.In the distribution of dominate yun of the date of birth of pulmonary tuberculosis,the proportion of the four movements is the largest,and the distribution is statistically significant(P<0.05),which can be used as one of the influencing factors.4.In the distribution of the sitian and zaituan of the date of birth of tuberculosis patients,sitan is Shaoyin Junhuo,and zaiquan is Yangming Zaojin,which accounts for the largest proportion,and has statistical significance(P<0.05),which can be used as one of the influencing factors.5.In the distribution of the dominate qi of the date of birth of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the proportion of Yangming Zaojin is the largest,and has statistically significant(P<0.05),which can be used as one of the influencing factors.6.In the distribution of the guest qi of the date of birth of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,Shaoyin Junhuo accounted for the largest proportion,but which was not statistically significant(P>0.05),so it was not considered as a factor affecting the incidence of tuberculosis temporarily.7.In the distribution of Combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of the date of birth of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the proportion of disharmony group and disharmony group is the largest,and has statistical significance(P<0.05),which can be used as one of the influencing factors.Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of the birth date and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.Among them,it is closely related to such factors as year evolutive phase,dominate qi,Sitian,Zaiquan,dominate qi,Combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.when year evolutive phases of wood more,four movements,Shaoyin Junhuo Sitian,the dominate qi is Yangming Zaojin,and the combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is Buhe,Xiaoni,Tianxing and Bupinghe year group,it is more likely to occur. |
