ObjectiveTo study the time discipline of common cardiac arrhythmia and the discipline of heart rate variability in the patients of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in the hole year of2013, contrast the heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease and related indicators and their corresponding arrhythmia of time pattern of Ren Chen year(2012), and combine the discipline of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors in the year of Gui Si (2013) to observe the total regular of the time variation of heart rate variability and common cardiac arrhythmia, through this observation to guide clinical syndrome differentiation and herbal.MethodThis is a prospective and investigative study that used randomized methods to chose many cases in the aggregate were in accordance with the diagnostic and indrawing standards in the year of Ren Chen and Gui Si. The Patients were randomly divided into12groups that according6Climatic Factors per year and every climatic factor as a group, the specific time period of each climatic factor is:in the year of Ren Chen, the first climate factor at2012-01-21—03-20, the second at03-21—05-20, the third at05-21—07-20, the fourth at07-21—09-22, the fifth at09-23—11-22, the last at11-23—2013-01-20;in the year of Gui Si,the first at01-21—03-20, the second at 03-21—05-20, the third at05-21—07-20, the fourth at07-21—09-22, the fifth at09-23—11-22, the last at11-23—2014-01-20, randomly selected some cases in each group, altogether established as observation group and do not establish a clear control group. We see the eath patient’s heart rate variability indexes in the Holter conclusions as research subjects, such as the person distribution of the range segment of the root mean square difference(RMSSD), the time points of ST segment that occurs elevation or depression at limb leads and chest leads, the time points of the largest premature beats that appearance, according to the rule of the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors in the year of Ren Chen and Gui Si, systemic analysis the difference between the root mean square difference of each climatic factors, and use the photograph to express the distribute situation of the changes of ST segment in point of time in the limb lead and chest lead and the occurrence of premature beat’s time point. When we analysis the population distribution of the root mean square difference’s each range segment, we see the Six Climatic Factors as the overall and compared each other pairwise. Thus analyze the consistency between the above indexes and climatic factors’variation rule of the two years and further for clinical Dialectical prescription provide the basis of the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors.Resultsl.Find out the population of the root mean square difference of HRV in each climatic factor which in these three ranges:more than100, more than50and less than100, less than50, and do a multi-statistical chart, we could find something in the follow:in the year of Ren Chen, the most people who’s RMSSD are less than50at the first、second、third、fifth and the last climatic factor, and the most people who’s RMSSD are more than100at the forth climatic factor;in the year of Gui Si, the most people who’s RMSSD are less than50at the first climatic factor, the most people who’s RMSSD are more than100at the third and the forth climatic factor, the most people who’s RMSSD are more than50and less than100at the second and the fifth climatic factor, at the last climatic factor there have the same people at the three range, compared the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors we can see that the root mean square difference of HRV segment distribution consistent with the same year.2. To make a statistical chart for the distribution of population that the time point of the largest number of premature beats at the each climatic factor on the year of Ren Chen and Gui Si, the result is following:in the year of Ren Chen, the time point of the largest population in the first climatic factor is3o’clock and23o’clock (Zi Shi and Yin Shi), the second one is7o’clock,9o’clock and11o’clock (Chen Shi, Si Shi and Wu Shi), the third one is19o’clock and22o’clock (Xu Shi and Hai Shi), the fourth one is10o’clock(Si Shi), the fifth one is11o’clock and22o’clock(Wu Shi and Hai Shi), and the last one is14o’clock (Wei Shi);the time point of the largest population in the year of Gui Si is6o’clock (Mao Shi), among them the first climatic factor is22o’clock(Hai Shi), the second one is3o’clock,12o’clock and24o’clock (Yin Shi, Wu Shi and Zi Shi), the third one is6o’clock and11o’clock (Mao Shi and Wu Shi), the fourth one is6o’clock and24o’clock(Mao Shi and Zi Shi), the fifth one is7o’clock(Chen Shi), and the last one is5o’clock and8o’clock(Mao Shi and Chen Shi).3. To make a statistical chart for the quantity that the time point of the change of ST segment which from limb lead and chest lead at the each climatic factor on the year of Ren Chen and Gui Si, the result is following:in the year of Ren Chen, the time point of the largest quantity in the first climatic factor is9o’clock(Si Shi), the second one is9o’clock(Si Shi), the third one is6o’clock,21o’clock and23o’clock(Mao Shi, Hai Shi and Zi Shi), the fourth one is4o’clock (Yin Shi), the fifth one is9o’clock and10o’clock (Si Shi),and the last one is6o’clock(Mao Shi); the time point of the largest quantity in the year of Gui Si is11o’clock(Wu Shi), among them the first climatic factor is22o’clock (Hai Shi), the second one is9o’clock(Si Shi), the third one is7o’clock (Chen Shi), the fourth one is24o’clock (Zi Shi), the fifth one is10o’clock(Si Shi), and the last one is11o’clock(Wu Shi).Conclusion1. We find the root mean square difference of HRV were statistically have obvious changes associated with each climatic factor, specific performance is:mild climate and enough sunshine can halmless to humans and animals;abnormal climate and less sunshine can halmful to humans and animals. In the year of Ren Chen, the first climatic factor the climate should warm but not warm, the second one and the third one should hot but not hot, the fourth one is moderate, the fifth one should cool but not cool, the last one should cold but too cold. In the year of Gui Si, the first climatic factor the climate should warm but not warm, the third one should hot but too hot, the second one, the fourth one, the fifth one and the last one is moderate. So in the year of Ren Chen the fourth one is mild climate and enough sunshine and the number of people of RMSSD greater than and equal100is the most, others are abnormal climate and less sunshine and the number of people of RMSSD less than and equal50is the most;in the year of Gui Si the first one and the third one are abnormal climate and less sunshine and the number of people of RMSSD less than and equal50is the most, others are mild climate and enough sunshine and the number of people of RMSSD greater than and equal100is the most.2. the frequency distribution of the time point at transformation of the ST segment and the distribution of population that the time point of the largest number of premature beats all are associated with the characteristics of each evolutive phase and climatic factor in the all six climatic factors in the year of Ren Chen and Gui Si, specific performance is:the occurred time of these events are mainly at night and noon, supplemently at dawn, at night the Yin is strongest while the Yang is weakest, and midday is contrary, these events that occurred at night the people generally have the body of Yang deficiency while occurred at noon the people generally have the body of Yang predominance, according to the different of patients’physique and emotion the time of occurrence is different, the time before dawn is Yang rising and Yin declining and the nature of Yin and Yang is Shaoyang,at the moment the events easily occurred is generally relation to one’s emotion factor.
