The Study Of The Connection Between Epilepsy And The Theory Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors

ObjectiveBased on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,Yun-Qi characteristics of birthday and the first epileptic seizure date of epileptic patients were analyzed,and the internal connection between five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and epilepsy was summarized,so as to find out the risk factors of epilepsy for providing clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.MethodsIn this study,a retrospective study method was adopted to screen a total of 1781 cases that met the criteria from August 2014 to July 2019 through the inpatient electronic medical record system of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,of which 343 cases were recorded with the first seizure date.Basic information was collected including age,gender,date of birth,the first epileptic attack date,etc.Through the calendar to find the year evolutive phase,host evolutive phase,guest evolutive phase,celestial manager qi,qi in the earth,dominate-qi,guest-qi,combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of the birthday and the first epileptic seizure date of epileptic patients.To establish excel database and use SPSS Statistics 21.0 for data analysis.Results1.Yun factors of birthday:epileptic patients had no statistically significant differences in year evolutive phase(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in host evolutive phase,guest evolutive phase(P<0.01),all of which were Tai Yu(host evolutive phase,221 cases,12.4%;guest evolutive phase,230 cases,12.9%)mostly,with Shao Shang(host evolutive phase,212 cases,11.9%;guest evolutive phase,188 cases,10.6%),Tai Gong(host evolutive phase,203 cases,11.4%;guest evolutive phase,203 cases,11.4%),and Shao Zhi(host evolutive phase,199 cases,11.2%;guest evolutive phase,190 cases,10.7%)followed.On date of the first seizure,host evolutive phase and guest evolutive phase were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Qi factors of birthday:the distribution of celestial manager qi and qi in the earth in patients with epilepsy were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the distribution of dominate-qi was statistically significant(P<0.05),showing mostly in Yangming Zaojin(336 cases,18.9%)、Taiyin Shitu(313 cases,16.7%)and less in Shaoyin Junhuo(259 cases,14.5%)、Shaoyang Xianghuo(286 cases,16.1%);the distribution of guest-qi was statistically significant(P<0.01)and the difference was more from Shaoyang Xianghuo(349 cases,19.6%)、Shaoyin Junhuo(304 cases,17.1%).Combined analysis of dominate-qi and guest-qi in classification was statistically significant(P<0.01)and mostly in Kezhutongqi(residual 44.2)、Keshengzhu(residual 31.7).Combined analysis of dominate-qi and guest-qi in detail was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The distribution was mostly Shaoyang Xianghuo-Yangming Zao jin(117 cases,6.6%)、Shaoyin Junhuo-Shaoyin Junhuo(85 cases,4.8%)、Yangming Zaojin-Yangming Zaojin(71 cases,4.0%).3.Qi factors of the first epileptic attack date:there was no statistical significance in the distribution of dominate-qi and guest-qi(P>0.05).The distribution of celestial manager qi and qi in the earth was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Shaoyang Xianghuo in celestial manager qi and Jueyin Fengmu in qi in the earth(76 cases,22.2%)is the most.Combined analysis of dominate-qi and guest-qi in classification was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Combined analysis of dominate-qi and guest-qi in detail was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The distribution was mostly Shaoyin Junhuo-Yangming Zao jin(17 cases,5.0%)、Shaoyang Xianghuo-Shaoyin Junhuo(16 cases,4.7%)、Shaoyang Xianghuo-Shaoyang Xianghuo(16 cases,4.7%).4.The distribution of combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of birthday in general classification was statistically significant(f<0.05).There have more patients at the year of Suihui(residual 43.4)、Shunhua(residual 33.5)and fewer patients at the year of Tianfu(residual-29.5)、Tongtianfu(residual-20.2).The distribution of the classification in Wuxingsanji was statistically significant(P<0.01)and more in Junyunbuji(residual 14.6)、Huoyunbuji(residual 13.6)、Tuyuntaiguo(residual 36.5).The distribution of the classification in Yun-celestial manager qi-qi in the earth was statistically significant(P<0.01),mostly in Tai Gong-Shaoyin Junhuo-Yangming Zaojin(85 cases,4.8%)and Tai Gong-Taiyang Hanshui-Taiyin Shitu(76 cases,4.3%)、Shao Shang-Taiyin Shitu-Taiyang Hanshui(74 cases,4.2%)、Shao Zhi-Taiyin Shutu-Taiyang Hanshui(73 cases,4.1%)followed.The distribution of a cycle of sixty years had a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),showing there were more patents borned in Gui Wei(59 cases,3.3%)、Jia Xu(56 cases,3.1%)、Gui You(53 cases,3.0%)、Ji Si(52 cases,2.9%)、Ding Mao(52 cases,2.9%)、Jia Wu(51 cases,2.9%).5.Year evolutive phase、combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of birthday in general classification of the first epileptic attack date:The distribution was statistically significant(P<0.01).There have more patients in Tai Yu(68 cases,19.8%)、Shao Jiao(68 cases,19.8%)、Tai Zhi(65 cases,19.0%)、Shao Shang(43 cases,12.5%)、Shao Gong(33 cases,9.6%),Among combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of birthday in general classification,there was more in Tianxing-Jianhua(residual 62.3)and less in Tianfu(residual-53.4).Conclusion1.Yun-Qi of birthday has characteristics.The resuits show that epilepsy patients with following Yun-Qi characteristics are born more:host evolutive phase and guest evolutive phase are Tai Yu、Shao Shang、Tai Gong、Shao Zhi;dominate-qi is Yangming Zaojin、Taiyin Shitu;guest-qi is Shaoyang Xianghuo、Shaoyin Junhuo;combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of birthday in general classification is Suihui、Shunhua;the classification in Wuxingsanji is Jinyunbuji、Huoyunbuji、Tuyuntaiguo;the classification in Yun-celestial manager qi-qi in the earth is Tai Gong-Shaoyin Junhuo-Yangming Zaojin、Tai Gong-Taiyang Hanshui-Taiyin Shitu、Shao Shang-Taiyin Shitu-Taiyang Hanshui、Shao Zhi-Taiyin Shitu-Taiyang Hanshui;a cycle of sixty years is Gui Wei、Jia Xu、Gui You、Ji Si、Ding Mao、Jia Wu.This result needs to be confirmed by further research.2.Yun-Qi of the first seizure date has characteristics.The results suggests that there are more patients with the first seizure with following Yun-Qi characteristics:Shaoyang xianghuo in celestial manager qi and Jueyin fengmu in qi in the earth;combined analysis of dominate-qi and guest-qi is Keshengzhu、Zhushengke and Xianghuo-over-Junhuo in classification,Shaoyin Junhuo-Yangming Zaojin、Shaoyang Xianghuo-Shaoyin Junhuo、Shaoyang Xianghuo-Shaoyang Xianghuo.This result needs to be confirmed by further research.
