Clinical Study On Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Liqi Huoxue Shuxin Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Liqi Huoxue Shuxin Decoction on unstable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),to explore the mechanism of action of this party,to evaluate the effectiveness of this prescription and the safety of medication.Methods: Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in general condition between the two groups(P > 0.05).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Liqi Huoxue Shuxin Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 8 weeks.Results: There were 60 patients in the two groups,none of them fell off.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Angina classification: After treatment,the two groups improved significantly(P < 0.01),and after treatment,the treatment group improved more significantly(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,and that of the control group is 73.33%.The treatment group is superior to the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).TCM symptom score: The two groups were improved after treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the two groups after treatment,the treatment group improved more significantly,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Nitroglycerin cessation rate: the treatment group nitroglycerin cessation rate was 83.33%,the control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).ECG: The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Cardiac markers(cardiac troponin T): Compared with the two groups,there was significant improvement after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious after treatment between the two groups.Statistical significance(P <0.05).Blood lipids: After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01),and after treatment,there were significant differences between TC and TG groups(P < 0.01).There were significant differences between LDL-C and HDL-C groups(P < 0.05).It showed that the treatment group improved more significantly in regulating blood lipid level.Conclusion: Liqi Huoxue Shuxin Decoction can improve the clinical manifestations of patients with unstable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),effectively relieve symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin,improve electrocardiogram,and reduce cardiac troponin T and regulate blood lipids.It improves the quality of life of patients and is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
