Clinical Observation Of Shuxin Jieyu Decoction In Treating Patients With Ventricular Premature Beat (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Anxiety

Objective:Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shuxin Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with ventricular premature beats(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)accompanied by anxiety;and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuxin Jieyu Decoction.Methods:The selected cases were 66 outpatients with ventricular premature contractions(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and anxiety who were treated by Professor Chen Peng of the First Department of Cardiology.The number of cases that meet the criteria was randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets orally,and the treatment group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets plus Shuxin Jieyu Decoction.The treatment period of both groups was 28 days.Both groups received psychological counseling treatment at the same time.Before and after treatment,the safety and efficacy indicators of the patients were tested and recorded,and the efficacy judgment and safety evaluation were further carried out.result:1.After treatment,analysis of the efficacy and points of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly lower than before,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);in TCM In terms of the efficacy of syndromes,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.After treatment,the number and efficacy of 24 h dynamic ECG ventricular premature beats in the two groups were analyzed.The number of premature beats in both groups was significantly lower than before,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);In terms of the curative effect of dynamic electrocardiogram,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.After treatment,the heart rate variability analysis of the two groups,comparison within the group,the indicators after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Comparing the groups,the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.After treatment,self-rating anxiety scale scores and efficacy analysis showed that both groups were reduced compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of the efficacy of the Self-rated Anxiety Scale between the two groups,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).conclusion:1.Shuxin Jieyu Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients with ventricular premature beats(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and anxiety,and reduce the number of episodes of ventricular premature beats.2.Shuxin Jieyu Decoction can improve the anxiety symptoms of patients with ventricular premature beats(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)accompanied by anxiety,and improve the autonomic nerve function of the patients.
