| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Zhitong Decoction in treating angina pectoris after PCI.Method:(1)74 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 37 cases each.(2)The control group was given conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was given Liqi Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine.(3)Angina pectoris score,TCM symptom score,electrocardiogram curative effect change and nitroglycerin stopping rate were taken as the main observation indexes before and after treatment.(4)Four weeks was taken as a course of treatment in each group,and the efficacy and safety of the treatment group and the control group were analyzed.Results:1.The two groups were comparable in terms of age,sex and duration of disease(P>0.05).2.Comparison of angina pectoris score and curative effect between treatment group and control group before and after treatment:(1)Comparison of angina pectoris score between treatment group and control group after treatment(P < 0.05),the difference is statistically significant,indicating that Liqizhitong Decoction combined with western medicine is better than control group in improving angina pectoris.(2)The curative effect of angina pectoris between the treatment group and the control group was compared(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,which indicated that Liqi Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine was better than the simple western medicine group in relieving angina pectoris.3.Comparison of ECG curative effect between two groups: in the control group,10 patients were effective,17 patients were effective and 10 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 72.98%;In the treatment group,16 patients were markedly effective,18 patients were effective and 3 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of91.89%.The number of effective patients and the total effective rate in the treatment group were much higher than those in the control group,indicating that the improvement of ECG in Liqi Zhitong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of nitroglycerin stopping rate: the stopping rate in the treatment group was 86.49%,while that in the control group was 59.46%,indicating that Liqi Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine can better reduce the amount of nitroglycerin taken by patients with angina pectoris after PCI.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral and curative effect:(1)Compared with the TCM syndrome integral before treatment in the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with the western medicine group and the western medicine group,the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were compared(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The curative effect of TCM syndrome of Liqizhitong Decoction combined with western medicine and pure western medicine group was compared(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Compared with treating angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis after PCI with western medicine alone,Liqizhitong Decoction can obviously improve angina pectoris after PCI,reduce the total score of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin dosage,reduce the total score of TCM syndromes,and relieve chest pain and chest tightness,and there is no abnormality in safety indexes such as liver function and kidney function between the two groups.It shows that Liqi Zhitong Decoction combined with western medicine is effective and safe in treating angina pectoris after PCI,which can provide guidance for medical work. |
