| Objective With the increasing incidence of endometriosis(EMT)in women of childbearing age,EMT has seriously affected people's quality of life,and there is no specific treatment.In this study,the EMT dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis was treated by means of rational qi and invigorating blood circulation.Main observation before and after treatment and 3 months after discontinuation of dysmenorrhea symptoms integral,duration of period pain VAS scores,degree of dysmenorrhea,uterine volume,the change of serum CA125 and ovarian cyst size,sum up experience,to alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms drugs for reference.Method All the cases were selected in the gynecological outpatient department of the central hospital of hubei province.After screening out in 58 cases,the patients' informed consent,with random number table method to group,cases in the treatment of 4 cases appeared in the process of unqualified,the last Liqi Huoxue Huayu Decection traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(n=29 cases),Sanjie Zhentong Jiaonang in the control group(n=25).Huoxue Huayu Decection is made by ChinaResources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.(Prescription composition:Danggui 20g?Chuanxiong 12g?Tiaoren 10g?Honghua 12g?Zhike 12g?Wuyao 12g?Xiangfu 10g?Yanhusuo 10g?Yujin 10g?Chishao10g?Mudanpi 10g?Chaihu 12g?Sanleng 10g?Ezhu 10g?Gancao 6g),Sanjie Zhentong Jiaonang is produced by jiangsu kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Drug treatment for 3 months,respectively before treatment,treatment discontinuation after 3 months and 3 months after observing the dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the two groups score,VAS score,dysmenorrhea,duration,uterine volume,CA125 values,changes in the size of the cyst and general curative effect,and so on and so forth.Results 1.Before treatment in both groups in age,duration and duration of menstrual cramps,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores integral,VAS score,uterine volume,CA125,and the size of the cyst,differences were no statistical significance(P > 0.05),comparable.2.After treatment,the scores of the two groups of dysmenorrhea were reduced,and the differences between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment.The differences between groups were statistically significant and comparable.The difference between the two groups after the drug withdrawal after 3 months was statistically significant compared with that after treatment.The difference in symptom score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant after 3 months of withdrawal.Qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and fights analgesia capsule has effect to reduce pain in patients with symptoms integral,the treatment group were not drugdiscontinuation symptoms worsen or rebound,control group 2 cases of dysmenorrhea symptoms worsen or rebound.The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the symptom score of dysmenorrhea.3.After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were reduced,and the differences in VAS scores between the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment.The differences between groups were statistically significant.After 3months of drug withdrawal,there was no significant difference between the two groups of VAS scores and their respective treatments,and the difference was not statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Neither group had a recovery of VAS score in the two groups after 3 months of withdrawal,and both groups could reduce the VAS score differently in the treatment process,and the treatment group had better efficacy.4.After treatment,both groups showed improvement in the duration of dysmenorrhea,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before treatment.The duration of dysmenorrhea between the two groups was statistically significant.After the withdrawal of the drug,the duration of the treatment group was not statistically significant compared with that after treatment.Compared with the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant after 3 months.Application and qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and fights analgesia capsule can effectively reduce the duration of menstrualcramps,and duration of treatment group after the drug was stopped,no dysmenorrhea value recovery situation,control group has a duration of 1 case of dysmenorrhea rally,qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the medicine treatment group is better than the control group.5.Healing uterus shrink to different extent,the two groups after the two groups after treatment respectively compared with before treatment of uterine volume differences were statistically significant,comparing the difference between the volume of uterus have statistical significance between groups.Stop drug treatment group 3 months later there are 4 cases in the control group,six patients of uterine volume is increased after treatment,but less than before the treatment,the two groups after treatment,compared with that after discontinuation no statistical difference,contrast between group after the drug was stopped,the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that the patients with the treatment of qi and blood circulation and the relieving pain capsule can reduce the uterine volume of the patients in different degree,and the treatment group is better than the control group.6.After treatment,the CA125 value of both groups decreased,and the difference in CA125 value between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.The difference in CA125 between the two groups was not statistically significant.After the drug withdrawal in March,there was no significant change in the CA125 value of the two groups after the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups after thedrug withdrawal in March.After discontinuation of treatment process,and,all CA125 values in the two groups,and qi promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis party and fights analgesia capsule can to a certain extent reduce the value of serum CA125,qi and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis party during treatment to reduce the effectiveness of CA125 values and fights analgesia capsule.7.Both groups were reduced in size after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after 3 months.After3 months of drug withdrawal,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups compared with the cyst size after3 months.The difference between the groups after withdrawal was statistically significant.It can reduce the cyst effectively and the two kinds of treatment methods are better.No recovery of cyst size was observed in both groups after treatment and withdrawal.8.After treatment,in general,the treatment group was better than the control group for the improvement of accompanying symptoms,and the patients were more satisfied.9.After three months of drug withdrawal,the overall therapeutic effect of the two groups was satisfactory,and the combined efficacy of liqi and invigorating blood and blood stasis was better than that of the analgesic capsule.Both groups did not have adverse reactions during the treatment and after withdrawal.Concludes Liqi Huoxue Huayu Decection and Sanjie Zhentong Jiaonang both can improve the patient's dysmenorrhea.In the case of the cyst,both of them have a positive effect on the reductionof cysts.However,the total effective rate of Liqi Huoxue Huayu Decection is better than that of the Sanjie Zhentong Jiaonang.In the study,there was no obvious toxic side effect in both groups of drugs,and it was easy for the patients to accept and operate the non-frying particles and capsules. |
