Clinical Effect Observation Of Shenchai Shuxin Decoction On Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris And Anxiety Disorder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenchai Shuxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)and anxiety disorder,to explore its effectiveness and security in the treatment of coronary heart disease and improvement of anxiety.Methods:60 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)and anxiety disorder were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group;the control group was given conventional therapy of western medicine and psychological counseling,the treatment group was given western medicine and psychological counseling combined with Shenchai Shuxin Decoction,the cycle of treatment was 4 weeks.The angina symptoms,TCM symptoms,ECG,the reducing and stopping rate of nitroglycerin,the changes of Seattle angina scale and Hamilton anxiety scale were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software before and after the treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the angina pectoris and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p<0.05);scores of the two groups in angina symptoms and TCM syndrome were both lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In terms of improving angina symptoms and TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.In the aspect of ECG curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 46.67%while that of the control group was 33.33%,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).4.In the reducing and stopping rate of nitroglycerin,the treatment group was 73.33%,the control group was 46.67%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05).5.After treatment,the scores of the treatment group in Seattle angina questionnaire of five items were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the scores of the treatment groups after the treatment were higher compared with the scores before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the scores of the control group excluding the AS item were higher than the pre-treatment level,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).6.After treatment,scores of the treatment group in the Hamilton anxiety scale were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);after treatment,both scores of the two groups were lower than the level before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);what is more,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The angina symptoms and TCM symptoms among the patients with angina pectoris and anxiety disorders can be improved under the treatment of Shenchai Shuxin Decoction.2.Quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety disorder can be improved by Shenchai Shuxin Decoction.3.The symptoms of anxiety disorders in patients with coronary heart disease can be improved due to the treatment of Shenchai Shuxin Decoction.
