Clinical Observation Of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose:The observation and analysis of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction in treating coronary heart disease(CHD)with unstable angina patients of clinical efficacy(the syndrome of TCM was Qizhi Xueyu)is studied.Materials and Method:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients with unstable angina pectoris(the syndrome of TCM was Qizhi Xueyu)were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group(n= 40)and the experimental group(n = 40).The control group was given the standardized treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the experimental group was given 2 times with oral administration of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the standard treatment of Western Medicine on 100 ml.Two groups were observed for a course of treatment(14 days).After a course of treatment,two groups of patients were observed in the treatment of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome,ECG,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and blood lipid changes.Results: 1.The curative effect of angina pectoris in the two groups was improved.The experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptoms were improved.The experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients in the ECG is not good and the curative effect rate is similar(P >0.05).4.Two groups of patients after the treatment of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate was reduced and the experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Two groups of patients after the treatment of blood lipids,the treatment of the two groups after the change of the blood lipid indicators were similar(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Xingqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively relieve coronary heart disease unstable angina(the syndrome of TCM was Qizhi Xueyu)angina symptoms and TCM symptoms.It also can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.2.The clinical efficacy of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction has no serious adverse effects in clinical application.It's safe and reliable.
