Clinical Research Of Li Qi Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Object: To observe the clinical effect of Liqi Huoxue decoction unstable anginaof blood stasis type，to explore the mechanism，to evaluate its efficacy and safety，intended for clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris with practical and valuable therapeutic way.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select the FirstAffiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the outpatientdepartment of Cardiology and Department of internal medicine,60cases, were randomlydivided into experimental group and control group. Nostatistically significant differencebetween the two groups of patients withgeneral situation. The control group using routinewestern medicine treatment,in the experimental group, routine treatment of Westernmedicine combined with Qi Huoxue Decoction, one dose daily, morning and evening mealand a half hours clothes. After4weeks, the clinical curative effect evaluation. Beforetreatment, respectively after general inspection project: pulse, respiration,blood pressure,heart rate, three conventional, liver and kidney function tests,the two groups wereobserved before and after treatment in patients withangina pectoris curative effect, thedegree of pain, clinical symptoms,syndrome integral decision, judgement and decreasingof nitroglycerin stoprate, ECG, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein compliance rateof two, D dimer, treadmill exercise test changes, so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results: After4weeks of treatment，clinical studies have demonstrated that the testgroup decision is better than the control group in angina pectoris (P <0.05)；the degree ofpain，the test group was better than control group (P <0.05)；experimental group of TCMsymptoms improved better than the control group(P <0.05)；the test group was better than that of TCM syndrome the control group (P <0.05)；experimental group and decreasing ofnitroglycerin stop is better than that of the control group (P <0.05)； ECGimprovement， the testgroup was better than control group (P <0.05)； exercise treadmilltestmonitoring,，test group than in control group (P <0.05)；blood lipid improvement，thetest group was better than control group (P <0.05)； in the low densitylipoprotein compliance rate, the experimental group and the control group had nosignificant changes (P>0.05); experimental group D-two dimerdecreased than that in thecontrol group (P <0.05).
