Investigation And Research On The Demand And Satisfaction Of Community Medical Service For The Aged At Home In Lanzhou City

Objective To understand the current situation of demand and satisfaction of community medical service for the elderly at home in Lanzhou,as well as the utilization of community medical service by the elderly,and to exPlore the influencing factors of the demand and satisfaction of community medical service for the elderly.Provide reference for government dePartments and localities to carry out community medical service construction.Methods By means of multi-stage stratified cluster random sam Pling,385 elderly aged over 65 years old in Lanzhou were selected to fill out the questionnaire on one-to-one anonymity.The questionnaire of community medical service demand,satisfaction scale of community medical service-EuroPean satisfaction scale was used to investigate the utilization,demand and satisfaction status of community medical service for the elderly in the home.The questionnaire was used as a survey tool to investigate the utilization,demand and satisfaction status of community medical service for the elderly.The Present situation of the utilization,demand and satisfaction of community medical service for the elderly is described statistically by using descriPtive research method,and the influence factors of the demand and satisfaction of community medical service for the elderly are analyzed by multiPle linear regression.Results 1.A survey on the utilization rate of community medical basic services for the elderly at home in Lanzhou showed that 109 PeoPle(28.31%)said that when they felt ill or ill,the first Place to seek medical treatment was in the community medical service institution,according to the survey of the utilization rate of basic services of community medical care for the elderly at home.The utilization rate of community basic medical service items(a total of 9 items)was low,only health examination,two items of Prescribing medicine used more than 50%,the utilization rate of the other items was less than 50%,among them,the utilization rate of accomPanying medical care items was only 2.08%.2.The results of a survey on the demand for community medical services for the elderly at home in Lanzhou showed that the total demand score was 3.53±0.50,and the highest score in the three dimensions was 3.84 ±0.63 for the Public health service.Secondly,the demand for medical service was 3.65±0.61,and the lowest was 3.12±0.69.Among the elderly PeoPle surveyed,297(77.14%)had a general demand for community medical services,of which 345(89.61%)had ademand for Public health services,and 312(81.04%)had a demand for medical services.,191PeoPle(49.61%)had the demand of service mode,which indicated that the demand of community medical service for the elderly at home in Lanzhou was higher.3.The results of univariate analysis of the demand for community medical services for the elderly at home in Lanzhou showed that,in terms of age,educational level,living condition,marital status,economic source,medical Payment mode,and Physical condition,There was a significant difference in the demand for community medical service in the ability of daily living(P < 0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that age,educational level,living condition,economic source,medical Payment mode and Physical condition had influence on the demand of community medical service.4.The survey results of community medical service satisfaction of the elderly in Lanzhou showed that the overall satisfaction score was 3.11±0.61,and the highest of the five dimensions was doctor-Patient relationshiP score of 3.64±0.95,and the total satisfaction score was 3.11±0.61,and the highest score in the five dimensions was 3.64±0.95.Then the score was 3.36±1.02 for information acquisition and suPPort,3.07±1.05 for continuity and coo Peration of medical service,2.89±1.10 for service organization and 2.59±1.12 for health care from the highest to the lowest,and the score of medical service continuity and cooPeration was 3.07±1.05,2.89±1.10 and2.59±1.12,resPectively.This shows that the satisfaction degree of community medical service for the elderly at home in Lanzhou is middle-level.5.The results of univariate analysis of satisfaction with community medical services for the elderly at home in Lanzhou showed that,in terms of sex,age,educational level,residence,occuPation(Pre-retirement),marital status,economic sources,and medical Payment methods,There were significant differences in the scores of satisfaction with community medical service in Physical condition and ability of daily living(P < 0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that gender,age and educational level had an im Pact on community medical service satisfaction.Conclusion 1.When the elderly at home in Lanzhou are ill,the community medical service organization is the first choice for medical treatment,and the utilization rate of service items is low.2.The demand of community medical service for the elderly at home in Lanzhou is high,age,educational level,living condition,economic source,medical Payment mode and Physical condition are the influencing factors of demand.3.The satisfaction of community medical service for the elderly at home in Lanzhou is moderate and suPerior,and gender,age and educational level are the influencing factors of satisfaction.
