Research On The Current Situation Of Demand And Supply Of Integrated Elderly Care And Medical Services In Beijing

Objective:Understand the current status of the development of integrated medical and nursing services in Beijing,grasp the service needs and satisfaction of elderly people living in integrated medical and nursing institutions,and analyze the service supply situation of the organization,analyze the gap between service supply and demand,and explore policies and practical suggestions to continuously narrow the gap between service supply and demand.Contents:The first is to understand the service needs and satisfaction of elderly people staying in integrated medical and nursing institutions from the 49 specific service items of basic pension,medical care,nursing and rehabilitation;the second is to understand the service content and services provided by integrated medical and nursing institutions from the above service items The number and time of service personnel within a certain period of time;the third is to analyze the gap between service supply and demand;the fourth is to propose targeted practices and policy recommendations.Methods:Through literature research,summarize the relevant theories and research on the demand,satisfaction and supply of integrated medical and nursing services;use convenient sampling to select 140 elderly people from 4 medical and nursing institutions in Huairou District,Shunyi District,Chaoyang District and Haidian District in Beijing On-site investigations,through questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews,collect relevant information on the needs and supply of integrated medical and nursing services;combine literature research and on-site investigations,use the expert consultation method for collective research and discussion,and put forward relevant policies and practical suggestions.Use descriptive statistical analysis and thematic frame method to analyze the data.Results:1.Investigate the service needs and satisfaction of the elderly in medical and nursing institutionsThe services required by 140 seniors include swimming,table tennis,badminton entertainment and scraping,and cupping.The remaining 46 services are all needed;the most demanded services are basic pension services,followed by medical,nursing,Rehabilitation services.The services with high to low service satisfaction are nursing,basic old-age care,rehabilitation,and medical services in order;Institutions with the highest satisfaction in medical and rehabilitation services also have the highest overall satisfaction of the elderly.2.Investigate the current status of the service supply of medical and nursing institutionsThe 4 research institutes provide service items except for the services of "swimming,table tennis,badminton","Chinese medicine service","pronunciation organ training and language training",and the remaining 46 items are all provided.Nursing staff,doctors,nurses and rehabilitation physicians serve an average of 81 people per day,with a service time of 16.2 hours.Among them,there are multiple services for the same elderly and multiple services at the same time;an average of 71 nurses and 13 doctors There are 12 nurses and 4 rehabilitation physicians,but there are only 44,4,7,and 1 in the research institute.3.Analysis of the gap between the service supply of medical and nursing institutions and the service needs of the elderlyInsufficient service supply of medical and nursing institutions,and the gap between supply and demand is nursing,basic old-age care,medical care,and rehabilitation services in order from small to large.Institutional service supply with high service staff allocation and the gap in service needs of the elderly are the smallest.Conclusion:This research is based on customer satisfaction theory.According to four integrated medical and nursing models,four medical and nursing integrated institutions in the Huairou District,Haidian District,Shunyi District,and Chaoyang District of Beijing were selected to investigate and understand 140 The demand for and satisfaction of 49 institutions with basic care,medical care,nursing,and rehabilitation services by the elderly who are staying in an institution,master the number and time of services provided by institutions and service personnel within a certain period,and analyze the existence of service supply and demand Gaps and put forward targeted policies and practical recommendations,and draw the following conclusions for reference in Beijing and other areas:the elderly have huge demand for integrated medical and nursing services,prominent cultural and entertainment,spiritual comfort services,and high requirements for medical services;medical and nursing The combined institutions’ unclear demand for services for the elderly,inadequate service supply,and insufficient respect for the personalized service needs of the elderly with different degrees of disability;differences in the economic income of the elderly;the stronger the service capabilities of the combined medical and nursing institutions,their service satisfaction The higher the requirement for the economic situation of the elderly is relatively high;various services of integrated medical and nursing institutions Staff work long hours and high intensity;the application of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation technology in health care services should be paid attention to.Suggestion:Based on the results of this study,the following suggestions are made:the medical and nursing institutions should be more clear about the service needs of the elderly,pay attention to the needs of cultural entertainment,spiritual comfort,and disease diagnosis and treatment;provide personalized services for the elderly with different degrees of disability;and improve the service items,Enhance the service ability and improve the service satisfaction of the elderly staying;Optimize the combination of medical and nursing service supply and service compensation strategy,properly tilt to the low-income elderly;Pay attention to the work pressure of service personnel,ensure the sustainable development of human resources;Promote the
