With the rapid development of the economy and society,the people's living income level has gradually increased,and the pursuit of health has become stronger.In view of the non-equilibrium of various resource allocations during the social transition period,the party and the state have been working to improve the fairness of resource allocation.Sex,in which medical resources are one of the key tasks.At the end of the last century,the Ministry of Health issued a series of policies and documents on the establishment of community hospitals and the realization of grading diagnosis and treatment.After years of hard work and development,China's urban communities have basically established grassroots health service institutions to facilitate people's lives.It has laid a solid foundation for improving the health of residents,and at the same time greatly facilitated the medical care of the masses,reduced the dependence on large hospitals,and alleviated the problem of difficult medical treatment.However,the service capacity and service innovation of community hospitals are still very limited,and it is difficult to meet the increasingly diverse needs of residents.Especially the rapid development of aging and the miniaturization of family structure have led to more needs for family care and care,medical and The new demand for old-age care can only be borne by community hospitals,and our reality gap is huge.Residents' satisfaction with community hospital services needs to be improved.On the basis of combing the domestic and international theory of customer satisfaction,combining the development characteristics and consumption characteristics of the medical and health industry,this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis on the current construction status of Chinese community hospitals,and designs the community hospital services from the perspective of patients' needs.The satisfaction model was based on interviews with different community hospitals in Shijiazhuang and residents in their jurisdictions.The satisfaction index was used to understand the problems in community hospitals,and the structural equations were used to regression the influencing factors.Investigate and analyze the impact mechanism and path of action,and analyze the impact mechanism of satisfaction on patient complaints and loyalty.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main findings of this paper include:1.The overall score of patient satisfaction in Shijiazhuang Community Hospital is not high,only reaching the level of indifference and satisfaction.Patients have more problems in response or complaints.The trust and loyalty of community hospitals need to be improved,indicating that the masses are interested in community hospitals.The current service capacity is difficult to meet the needs of residents,and there are more difficulties in the construction of community hospitals;The theoretical model of patient satisfaction designed in this paper includes five influencing variables including medical environment,medical auxiliary service,medical configuration,service quality and medical expenses.One latent variable with the nature of mediating variables—perceived value,one patient satisfaction(Target variable),as well as patient extension,patient loyalty,two extended latent variables,these nine variables constitute a rigorous logical relationship,the impact path and mechanism of action in the regression of structural equations are accurately interpreted.3.At the end of the article,the policy recommendations for improving patient satisfaction are proposed from the macro and micro perspectives,including the government's input and responsibility distribution for community hospitals,the hospital's own service capabilities,technical capabilities,humanitarian spirit,and the soundness and supervision of rules and regulations.Timely and reasonable treatment of patient complaints and complaints.
