A Survey On The Current Situation Of Demand And Satisfaction Of High Quality Nursing Service Of Hospitalized Patients Based On Tertiary Hospital In Zhengzhou

Objective Investigation and analysis of the current situation of demand and satisfaction of high quality nursing service of Hospitalized patients based on tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou,explore the problems existing in the development of high quality nursing service to improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction,and to provide reference to further develop high quality nursing service activities.Methods From January 2016 to march,362 cases hospitalized patients were choosed conveniently from tertiary hospitals(excluding army hospital and traditional Chinese)of zhengzhou city.patients' general condition questionnaire,and the current state of patients' demand and satisfaction of high quality nursing service questionnaire were used,data was issued and took back on the scene.A database were established by Epi Data3.1.SPSS 17.0 was used for data analysis,statistical description,single factor analysis of variance,and Logistic regression analysis,etc statistical methods were used.Results1.The questionnaire took back situation Totally 390 questionnaires was sent to patients,of 362 questionnaires was took back.2.The patient's cognition of quality of nursing service Of 362 patients,172 patients know high quality nursing care,accounted for47.51%;190 patients don't know high quality nursing care,accounted for 52.49%.The influence factors exist in different Hospital(c2=18.248~18.482,P<0.05),different hospitalization days(OR=1.853,95%CI=1.853~1.317,P<0.05),and "whether to live in this hospital"(OR=2.316,95%CI=2.316~1.376,P < 0.05).The hospital propaganda and the nurse told is the mainly known way of high quality nursing service.3.The patients' demand for high quality nursing service The current situation of patients' demand for high quality nursing service:Professional technical row first,demand rate was 87.29%,Serious and responsible work to work,good service attitude,health guidance as follow,demand for living care and basic nursing is relatively low,59.12% and 52.49%respectively.Importance to the quality of nursing service: professional knowledge and nursing techniques,good service attitude,serious and responsible to work,health education and humanistic care.4.Patients satisfaction on high quality nursing service Patients satisfaction on high quality nursing care of 362 cases as follows:the maximum overall score was 10 points,minimum was 0,�S was(8.52 + 0.46)points.This study evaluate quality of nursing service satisfaction from the service attitude,professional and technical,ward environment,serious and responsible to work,health guidance,basic nursing and humanistic care aspects,the patient satisfaction scores:health guidance highest,primary care and professional technology middle,scored of humanistic care lowest.Conclusion1.Patients awareness of high quality nursing service is not high,hospital propaganda of high quality nursing service needs to be strengthened;2.Patients demand for high quality nursing service is high,involved in theministry of health care,observation,health education and humanistic care,etc;3.Patients satisfaction for the quality of nursing service should be promote.4.The quality of nursing service bring great changes to zhengzhou city tertiary hospital medical services,but there are also some problems need to be further improved.
