Study On The Mode Of Combined Medical Care And Nursing Care Service In Urumqi,Xinjiang

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,the elderly’s demand for old-age care has begun to change from supporting to medical,and more high-quality and diversified old-age care services are urgently needed.On the background of aging population,urumqi has promoted the model of medical care and nursing care services,and started the pilot work in 2016.At present,there are mainly three modes of combining medical care with old-age care service in urumqi,namely,the medical mode in nursing care institutions,the mode in medical institutions,and the medical and nursing care cooperation mode.In this paper,this article regard three different operating modes as the research object.I use methods of empirical and comparative to analysis three modes,characteristics and operation effects.The study found the following.First,the medical mode in nursing care institutions is mainly characterized by providing the nursing care services,supplemented by medical services.It focuses on the life care and health management,pays attention to the mental health of the elderly,and provide various cultural and recreational activities to enrich the daily life.However,it can only provide simple medical treatment services.Second,the characteristic of the mode in medical institutions is that it focuses on the physical health of the elderly and provides comprehensive medical services for the elderly.It can provide medical services at any time.But,psychological care and activities cannot fully satisfy the needs of the elderly.Third,the mode of the medical and nursing care cooperation is characterized by the providing of daily nursing,daily care,psychological counseling and other services by nursing care institutions.And the agreement hospital provides medical services such as treatment.Nursing care institutions and hospitals develop together.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the operation effect and satisfaction of the three modes,it is found that the current management system is not perfect,lack of uniform industry standards,a serious shortage of funds,lack of professional talents,the diversified service needs of the elderly are not fully met.On this basis,put forward to improve the combination of medical care management system.Increase financial support,strengthen the training of medical professionals,provide the diversified service needs of the elderly.
