| According to data from the National Statistical Bureau,with the rising standard of living and the gradual expansion of the average life-age,the proportion of the elderly population is increasing.The aging of the population has become an unavoidable major issue for a long period of time in the future.The original aspiration and the mission of Chinese Communists is to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.In order to maintain the interests of the people,national security and social harmony while improving the level of economic development,we must take active and effective measures to deal with the aging population.In the context of healthy China,as a new service system,the combination of medical care and elderly care has been widely respected.In combination with regional reality and aging situation,Jiangxi Province has actively launched a series of policies and measures to create a service mode of combining medical care with pension,providing more choices and better services for the elderly.As one of the first pilot provinces to participate in the combination of medical and nursing services,Jiangxi has some special practices which have been affirmed by the National Health Commission,but it has not been able to become an advanced case of "Qingdao mode" to be popularized to the whole country.Therefore,there are still many deficiencies in the service mode of the combination of medical and nursing in Jiangxi,which needs to be further improved.In this paper,through the investigation and Research on the operation status and characteristics of some medical and pension institutions in Jiangxi Province,the operation results and bottlenecks encountered since the pilot project were analyzed.On this basis,referring to the successful application mode at home and abroad,drawing on its advanced practice,taking the collaborative relationship of the government departments,pension institutions and medical structure as the breakthrough point,the paper finds out the development shackles of the combination of medical and nursing,combines the theoretical knowledge of public management,and analyzes and explores the effective path by using the cooperation theory of multiple subjects,so as to help the development of integrated medical and nursing services in Jiangxi Province Cooked,provide better service.Based on the in-depth analysis of some cases selected in this paper,it is pointed out that the combination of medical care and elderly care in Jiangxi province is not balanced;the service mode that can be provided is relatively single,which can not meet the diversified needs of the elderly;the self-interest thought led game between the multi-agent,the cooperation integrity is not strong;the government and social organizations are combined The positive effect is not obvious.This dissertation forward some personal advice,such as optimising inter-ministerial cooperation,strengthening monitoring and management and market assessment,promoting the participation of social organisations in different ways,making full use of the benefits of green resources and drawing attention to the creation of specialised staff.that improve and build up pilot experience with: Jiangxi characteristics to refer to the popularisation of the type of combination of medicines and nurses present in China. |
