Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of shufengzhike recipe in the treatment of postinfectious cough(wind-induced pathogen invading lung syndrome)by randomized controlled clinical trialMethods : A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.A total of 80 cases of patients with postinfectious cough(wind-pathogen invading lung syndrome)admitted to Chengdu first people's hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were collected,After informed consent and document signing, the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with placebo, and the experimental group was treated with the conventional prescription for relieving wind and relieving cough. The treatment duration in both groups was 10 days, and the follow-up was 5 days?To observe the therapeutic effects of TCM syndrome points, cough symptom product,Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),cough recurrence rate and other therapeutic indicators,as well as safety indicators such as vital signs, stool routine, urine routine, blood routine, liver function and kidney function, and SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The mean of measurement data is expressed as standard deviation. All measurement data were tested for normality. If they conform to or approximate to the normal distribution,t test was used.T test, nonparametric rank sum test and X2 test were used according to data types. The test statistics and the corresponding P value given by the correlation test were tested on both sides, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Baseline:There was no significant difference between the two groups inage, gender, smoking and disease course before treatment(P > 0.05),which wascomparable.2.Total effective rate: After treatment, the total effective rate of theexperimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: after treatment,TCM syndromepoints in both groups were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and the treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),with statisticallysignificant differences.4.Efficacy: after treatment, the VAS scores of patients in both groups weresignificantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference wasstatistically significant. The scores of patients in the experimental group and thecontrol group after treatment(P < 0.05)were not statistically significant.Aftertreatment, cough symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower thanbefore treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Aftertreatment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group andthe control group(P < 0.05).Both groups were effective in relieving cough, butwere equally effective in relieving cough.5.Evaluation of cough quality of life: after treatment,LCQ scores ofpatients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),with statistically significant differences.6.Safety index: The inclusion criteria of this study required that there wasno obvious abnormality in stool routine, urine routine, blood routine andelectrocardiogram of the enrolled patients. After 10 days of treatment, the patientsin both groups were examined for stool routine, urine routine, blood routine, electrocardiogram and vital signs, and no obvious abnormality was found.Noadverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Safety evaluation level 1.Conclusion : Shufeng zhike recipe can effectively reduce the cough, expectoration. In addition,it can significantly relieve symptoms such as pharyngeal itching, pharyngeal dryness and aggravated by wind, and improve the quality of life of patients without adverse reactions...
