Clinical Observation On The Postinfections Cough(Wind Dryness Impairing Lung Type)and The Influence On TNF-? And IL-8 In Serum By Clearing Away Heat And Moistening Dryness Decoction Vescens

Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cough after infection(wind,dryness and lung type),and to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and to provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of cough after infection.Method:From the outpatients in the Department of respiration in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine in 70 cases of infection with standard cough were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases),the treatment group was given Qingfei Runzao decoction treatment,control group was treated with Aspen Compound Methoxy phenamine Capsules treatment,were observed for seven days,before and after the treatment between third and seventh days in the two groups before and after treatment and the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome before and after treatment of cough frequency and cough improved strength,sputum,throat itching,dry mouth,dry nose,and in 7 days after treatment to determine efficacy,and the comparison and observation of Qingfei Runzao Decoction before and after treatment the serum levels of TNF and the level of serum IL-8,objective evaluation of Qingfei Runzao Decoction on treating cough after infection(wind dry lung injury type)clinical curative effect.Result:1.Clinical effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.2%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.2%,no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was equivalent to that of the control group.2.Comparison of 2 main symptoms:after treatment,the main symptoms of cough frequency,cough intensity had no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating the improvement of Runzao Decoction and Western medicine Qingfei cough in the main disease control group efficacy,expectoration points are significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Secondary symptom comparison:after treatment of patients with the disease compared with integral,there was no significant pharyngeal itching integral(P>0.05),there was statistical significance of dry mouth score(P<0.05),nasal dryness scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After7 days treatment,the treatment group recovered 4 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 85.2%.The control group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 3 cases,effective in 21 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 81.2%.By statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.After 1 weeks of treatment,the serum TNF-levels of treatment group was lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the level of serum IL-8 in treatment group after 1 weeks of treatment than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Runzao decoction can obviously improve the fengzaofanfei type of post infectious cough cough frequency and intensity of integral,integral and integral dry sputum patients before and after treatment,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the serum tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-8 levels in serum.There is no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment,and it is a safe and effective method.
