Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Fangfeng Sanao Decoction On Postinfectious Cough(Syndrome Of Wind-Cold Lung-Love)and Its Effect On Cgrp In Sputum

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangfengsanao decoction on postinfectious cough,wind-cold and lung-love syndrome and its effect on CGRP in sputumMethods:70 patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,and lung-love syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(3 5 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was given Tongxuanlifei pill orally.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction self-made fangfengsanao decoction for 7 days.The cough symptom score,cough visual simulation score,cough disappearance time,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and CGRP content in sputum supernatant of the two groups were observedResults:1.Fangfengsanao decoction can reduce the total score of cough symptoms in patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanlifei pill,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Fangfengsanao decoction can reduce the visual analog score of cough symptoms of patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanfei pill,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)3.Fangfengsanao decoction can reduce the onset time and disappearance time of patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold and lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanli pill,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)4.Fangfengsanao decoction can reduce the main symptom and secondary symptom scores of TCM syndromes of patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanli pill,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.Fangfengsanao decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold and lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanli pill,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.Fangfengsanao decoction can reduce CGRP content in sputum supernatantof patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,lung-love syndrome,and the effect is better than that of the control Chinese patent medicine Tongxuanfei pill,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fangfengsanao Decoction has a significant clinical effect in postinfectious cough,wind-cold,and lung-love syndrome.It can obviously improve the symptoms of cough,expectoration and pharyngeal itching of patients,give full play to the antitussive effect faster and make the cough symptoms disappear earlier and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Fangfengsanao Decoction can reduce CGRP content in sputum supernatant of patients with postinfectious cough,wind-cold,and lung-love syndrome.
