Clinical Observation Of Xuanfei Huatan Quyu Decoction In Treating AECOPD Syndrome Of Phlegm And Stasis

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Huatan Quyu decoction on Phlegm stasis syndrome in acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?COPD?,to explore the way of clinical treatment.Method:By selecting 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and the TCM syndrome type belonged to the phlegm and Stasis,30 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treated with Western medicine.30 patients in the treatment group were given the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine.Xuanfei Huatan Quyu decoction,one bag at a time,100ml per bag,3 times a day.Both groups took 7days as a course of treatment and continued to take 2 courses.By recording the symptom scores of the main symptoms before and after treatment,CAT scale integral,blood routine+C-reactive protein,Blood gas analysis,coagulation function?PTS index?,lung function and other test results data,the data were analyzed with SPSS20.0,and the two groups patient's treatment effect were evaluated.Result:A total of 60 patients were enrolled,of which 1 patient was treated in the treatment group and the control group for didn't want to continue taking traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,only the clinical data of 58 patients were counted.?1?After two weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were obviously improved,in which the total effective rate of the treatment group was96.55%,the total effective rate of the control group was 89.66%,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.?2?After treatment,the total score of the two groups was better than that of the control group?P<0.01?,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.?3?After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were compared,and the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment?P<0.01?;the treatment group had no significant difference?P>0.05?with the control group in the aspects of improving cough,chest distress and dark complexion?P>0.05?;and the treatment group improved the wheezing and the sputum volume.It was better than the control group?P<0.05?.?4?The scores of CAT in the two groups were significantly improved?P<0.01?,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.?5?After two weeks of treatment,the indexes of WBC,NEU%and CRP in the two groups were improved?P<0.05?,and the imProvement of WBC,NEU%and CRP in the treatment group was better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.?6?After treatment,the PaO2,PaCO2 indexes of the two groups were improved?P<0.05?,and the imProvement of PaO2 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group?P<0.05?,and there was no significant difference in the imProvement of PaCO₂between the treatment group and the control group P>0.05).?7?After treatment,the indexes of Fg and D-D in the two groups were improved?P<0.05?,and the imProvement of Fg and D-D in the treatment group was better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.?8?After treatment,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were significantly improved?P<0.05?.The imProvement of FEV1%and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group was better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.?9?After treatment,Blood routine,Stool routine,Urine routine,liver and kidney function,and Electrocardiogram showed no abnormal changes,and the Patient did not have adverse reactions.Conclusion:Xuanfei Huatan Quyu decoction can significantly imProve the clinical symPtoms of Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD?Phlegm and Stasis syndrome?,and the Blood routine,Blood gas analysis,lung function and Coagulation function?PTS index?of Patients with good clinical efficacy.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.
