| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Quyu Recipe on the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),and to observe its inflammatory index,bloodgas analysis and COPD assessment test(CAT))The influence of the scale can provide theoretical basis for the treatment of AECOPD with Yiqi Huatan Quyu formula,and provide new ideas for TCM to participate in the treatment of AEC OPD.Methods: A total of 60 eligible subjects were collected,and 60 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the complete random grouping method.Control group was given anti-infection,anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic and antiasthmatic,oxygen therapy and other basic western medi cine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group to invigorate qi,phlegm and remove blood stasis prescription,two weeks later,the two groups of patients inflammatory indicators,TCM symptoms score,TCM syndrome efficacy criteria,CAT score,safety indicators changes were observed,during the tre atment of active recording and treatment of adverse events.Results:(1)General data: the age,sex,COPD course of patients in the two groups were more consistent at the baseline before treatment.after statistical data analysis,nostatistical difference was found(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)There was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indexes in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference before and after treatment: Before the treatment,the data of blood oxygen saturation(Sa O2),arterial oxygen partial pressure(Pa O2)and carbon dioxide partial pressure(Pa CO2)in the two groups were statistically analyzed and processed,and the difference was not statistically signi fi cant(P >,0.05).Treatment group and control group after treatment Pa O2,Sa O2 after statistical analysis found that the data was increased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Pa CO2 data by statistical analysis found that no obvious change before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(4)CAT score comparison: after treatment compared with before treatment,the tre atment group and the control group after treatment CAT score data were statistic ally lower than before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group CAT score data were statistically lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);before and after treatment,the two groups CAT score difference data were statistically analyzed to show that the treat ment group was higher than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the data of TCM syndrome score in the two groups before treatment were statistically analyzed and found that there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The data of TCM syndrome score after treatm ent in the two groups showed a downward trend(P<0.05),and the decline trend in the treatment group was more obvious.(6)The results showed that the total effective rate was 93.33% and 70.0%.33% and 70.0% respectively(P<0.05).(7)Safety analysis: from the beginning to the end of medication,patients in the treatment group and the control group who meet the conditions have no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and the safety indicators,liver and kidney functions before and after treatment are within the normal range.Conclusion: This study shows that Yiqi Huatan Quyu formula has positive signif icance in improving the clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes of AECOPD patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and it can help to improve the ventilation function of patients.It is safe and reliable for short-term application in patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and has certain clinical application value. |
