Clinical Observation On Self-made Quyu Huatan Zhitong Decoction In Treating Dysmenorrhea Due To Adenomyosis With Phlegm-Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical research,observing the clinical effect of the self-made Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction in treating dysmenorrhea patients of adenomyosis with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,and exploving it' s mechanism to provide scientific basis for clinical application and promotion.Method:Sixty cases of dysmenorrhea patients of adenomyosis with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.And the treatment group was treated with self-made Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction,while the control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule.They all started at 7days before menstruation and took for 14 consecuutive days.Observe and treat three menstrual cycles,record the dysmenorrhea curative effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs and the change of relevant laboratory indicators of two groups before and after treatment,Then judge the curative effect through statistical analysis.Results:(1)Dysmenorrhea effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%;while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The two groups were statistically tested,P<0.05,indicating that Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction is better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.(2)TCM syndrome effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%;while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The two groups were statistically tested,P<0.05,indicating that both Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction and Sanjie Zhentong capsule can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and the effect of Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction is better.(3)Gynecological examination score:After the treatment,the gynecological examination scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).indicating that Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction is better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule in reducing the score of gynecological examination.(4)Uterine volume:The volume of uterus in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),but no change of uterine volumein was founded in the control group(P>0.05).(5)Serum CA125,hemorheology and IL-6:After the treatment,serum CA125 of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was ststistically significant(P<0.01).The indexes of Hemorheology of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was ststistically significant(P<0.01).IL-6 decreased in the control group and significantly in the treatment group(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was ststistically significant(P<0.01).The results indicate that the effect of Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction is better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule in reducing serum CA125,improving hemorheology index and reducing inflammatory factors IL-6.Conclusion:The curative effect of Quyu Huatan Zhitong decoction on dysmenorrhea patients of adenomyosis with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome is definite,and the curative effect is better than that of Sanjie Zhentong capsule.It may alleviate dysmenorrhea and improve TCM Syndrome by improving blood circulation,inhibiting the inflammatory response and so on,which is worthy of clinical application.
