Objective:To observe the effect of wenyang decoction on the symptoms,signs,lung function and ACT score of patients with chronic bronchial asthma Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Chronic bronchial asthma duration(rank 2,3)Yang deficiency drink certificate,72 cases of patients,from March 2017 to December 2017,Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine the first affiliated hospital of respiratory clinic patients,36 cases by using random divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases,control group:give salmeterol fluticasone powder inhaler 50 ug/250ug per 1,2 times inhalation therapy;Treatment group:in the control group treatment,on the basis of joint explored drinking party treatment,a course of 4 weeks,after the treatment,observation of TCM symptoms and physical signs,pulmonary function(FEV1 and PEF%)and ACT score improvement,statistical analysis of two groups of curative effect.Results:1.This drink party treating bronchial asthma with chronic duration of clinical curative effect is distinct,the treatment group total effective rate was 94.11%,control group total effective rate was 84.84%,treatment group total effectiveness is better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.The drinking of wenyang could effectively improve the symptoms and signs of TCM,and the comparison between groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The lung function(FEV1%and PEF)were improved after treatment in both groups,but there was no statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.The ACT score of the patients was effectively improved by the drinking of wenyang,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Wenyanghuayin fang can improve the symptoms and signs of TCM in patients with chronic asthma.2.Wenyanghuayin fang can improve the lung function of patients with chronic asthma syndrome.3.Wenyanghuayin fang can improve the ACT score of patients with chronic asthma syndrome.4.It has good clinical efficacy and safety of medication.
