Study On The Equalization Of Public Health Services Of The Floating Population

As a rapid industrialization occurs,China has entered into an era in which the population frequently mobilize and migrate.Those migrated individuals are significantly different from the local residents in terms of identity,psychological wellbeing,living environment,and lifestyle.Equality problems exist in various aspects of the public service system,including,health care,education,and social welfare.China is currently in a critical reform stage in which public health and health care are the center of public attention.China is far from achieving equality in providing public health services to both migrated individuals and local residents.Hence,it is important to understand the current supply and utilization of public health services,identify causes for inequalities,and design public policies to address the inequality issues.It is a strong significance to promote the healthy development of the floating population and to build a harmonious society.This article taking the method of literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,comparative analysis method and building upthe existing evidence regarding utilization of public health services in the floating population in Jiaxing,Zhejiang,analyze problems existing and reasons in the process of the equalization of services,explore how to close the gap between public health services between groups and provide some effective countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the health protection development.The process of this article starts from the equalization of public health services,introduces the background and significance of this topic,cards the domestic and international theories through the retrieval and research of relative documents,then interprets the ideas of the floating population and public health services all around,studies the theories of public goods,public finance and public choice;and then analyse of the current situation of the development of public health service of floating population in Jiaxing in Jiaxing as an example,analyses of the floating population and city residents in the public health service gap according to the statistical data;and then analyses the floating population public health service provides reasons for non equalization from floating population's own factors,China's current system,public health service policy and other aspects;at last makes the floating population to promote public health service equalization of three specific countermeasures and suggestions,including: the floating population service management measures,improve the public health service for the virtual mechanism and strengthening the construction of public health service system.
