Objective:Using the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in Jilin Province in 2014,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to analyze the influencing factors,to explore the factors affecting the utilization of basic public health services of the floating population and their relationship, and to provide targeted health service strategies for the basic public health services of the floating population. The research provides the basis and reference. Methods:The stratified,multi-stage,scale-proportioned PPS sampling method was used to extract the floating population in Jilin population;2874(71.9%)were not established. The results of SEM analysis showed that the differences in the scope of flow,long-term residence, work place, social insurance participation, ethnic and housing status were significantly different(P<0.05),and long-term residence will have the greatest impact. The effect value is 0.654,followed by the flow range(0.447),the duty station(-0.323),the nationality(-0.288),the social insurance participation(0.273),and the housing property(0.254).3.2,235 people in the floating population have received health education services;1,765 have not received mental disorders is low,at 8.9%,followed by occupational disease prevention, with a ratio of 15.9%.The results of SEM analysis found that personal characteristics, working and living conditions and mobility have a direct effect on residents' health education services.Personal characteristics(effect value is 0.180)have the greatest impact on the health education services of floating population residents, followed by working and living conditions(0.098)and Flow factor(-0.048).4.The proportion of children aged 0-6 years old who established the “Health Care Handbook for Children aged 0-6” was 82.2%,the proportion of possession of vaccination certificates was 98.8%,and the proportion of all vaccines prescribed by the vaccination country was 96.4%.Free medical examination was accepted within 82.6%;13 people were not established, accounting for 11.6%;7 people were unclear, accounting for 5.8%.6.The basic public health services of the floating population use SEM influencing factors to find out that personal characteristics directly or indirectly affect the utilization of basic public health services. The total standardization effect is 0.092.Working and living conditions have a direct
