Objectives To observe the effect of Chaihu Fuling Yin on gastric mucosa,TCM syndrome score and quality of life in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis due to incoordination between the liver and stomach, and to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis due to incoordination between the liver and stomach. Methods Sixty patients with CNAG due to incoordination between the liver and stomach were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The treatment group was given oral self-made Chaihu Fuling Yin,and the control group was given oral omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and mosapride citrate tablets.A course of treatment for 4 weeks,a total of one course of treatment.Other drugs and nondrug treatments are not allowed during the period, and smoking, drinking and eating spicy and irritating foods are avoided, and the mood is pleasant and the physical exercise is appropriately increased. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients were examined for general vital signs, hematuria, liver and kidney function, gastric mucosa under electronic gastroscope,TCM syndrome scores, and Patient Reported Outcome(PRO)measurements. The table score was observed. The gastric mucosa,TCM syndrome and quality of life of the two groups were observed and the safety was judged. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in gastric mucosa condition,TCM syndrome score and PRO scale score of chronic gastrointestinal diseases between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the gastric mucosal inflammation,TCM syndrome scores, and chronic gastrointestinal disease PRO measurement scale scores were lower than before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and between the treatment group and the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups are effective in improving gastric mucosal conditions,TCM syndromes and dyspepsia, reflux, defecation, psychological, social status, systemic symptoms, and in TCM syndromes,In terms of gastric mucosa and dyspepsia, defecation, psychological and systemic symptoms, the efficacy of Chaihu Fuling Yin is better than that of western medicine, but there is no difference between Chaihu Fuling Yin and western medicine in terms of reflux and social status. The effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 80% respectively, and the effective rates of gastric mucosa were 86.67% and 73.33% respectively, suggesting that Chaihu Fuling Yin is superior to western medicine in the improvement of TCM syndromes and gastric mucosa. At the same time, there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which suggested that there was no significant effect on liver and kidney function. Conclusions Chaihu Fuling Yin can improve the gastric mucosa, the curative effect of TCM syndromes and the quality of life of patients with CNAG due to incoordination between the liver and stomach. It is superior to omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and mosapride citrate tablets. It has no obvious effect on liver and kidney function.Figure4;Table17;Reference 127...
