| Objective:This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qifangweitongfang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony and the changes of Helicobacter pylori value,and to explore some of its mechanism of action,so as to provide certain basis for the clinical application of this recipe in the treatment of heaptogastric disharmony CAG.Methods: A total of 46 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of the liver and stomach disharmony were selected from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Qifangweitong Fangfeijian Granules,which was created by the instructor Professor Luo Weisheng,daily 1 agent,morning and evening after dinner a blunt,treatment for 3 months.Using self-control method,the TCM symptom scores and gastric mucosal pathological scores before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to judge the curative effect on TCM syndromes and pathology,and the results were enrolled.The 14 C breath test showed that the positive person detected Hp again after 4 weeks of withdrawal,and statistically analyzed the change of Hp value before and after treatment to evaluate the eradication or inhibition of Hp.Results: A total of 2 patients in this study fell off during the course of treatment,and 44 patients were eventually included in the statistical analysis.(1)Comparison of TCM syndromes after treatment: Among the 44 patients,10 cases(22.73%)were cured,14 cases(31.82%)were extraordinaryeffective,18 cases(40.91%)were effective,and 2 cases(4.55%)were ineffective.The efficiency is 95.45%.(2)Comparison of symptom scores and total symptom scores of TCM before and after treatment: After treatment,the symptom scores and total symptom scores of TCM were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that Qifang stomach pain can be Effectively improve the stomach cramps or stomach cramps,flank swells,stomach cramps,phlegm and acid reflux,dry mouth and mouth,upset irritability,depression,dry stool,etc.in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis symptom.(3)After treatment,the pathological efficacy and total pathological efficacy were compared: after treatment,the total effective rate of 44 patients with CAG was 79.55%,6cases were cured clinically,11 cases were markedly effective,and 18 cases were effecttive.Among the 44 patients with CAG,12 patients with simple atrophy were cured in 2 cases,3 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 66.67%;28 cases with atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were cured in 4 cases,and 7 cases were markedly effective.For example,the total effective rate was 64.29%;4 cases of atrophy with dysplasia,1 case after treatment,the total effective rate was 25%.(4)Comparison of pathological scores and total pathological scores before and after treatment: 44 cases of CAG patients before and after treatment showed a difference in gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,active inflammation scores(P<0.05),and chronic inflamemation and dysplasia There was no statistical difference in scores(P>0.05).The total pathological scores of 44 patients with CAG before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Hp conversion rate after treatment: Among the 44 patients,21 patients had positive Hp.After treatment,14 C breath test was performed.Eight patients had Hp negative after treatment,and the negative conversion rate was 38.10%.(6)Com parison of safety before and aftertreatment: 44 subjects did not have adverse reactions and allergic reactions due to taking Qifangweitong Fang Granule during the treatment,and blood routine,regular stool,liver and kidney function before and after treatment As well as the detection of the electrocardiogram,no obvious abnormal changes were found.Conclusion: Qifangweitong Recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pathological condition of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach,and has certain inhibitory effect on Helicobacter pylori,and has good drug safety.It is worthy of further clinical application and promotion,but it is necessary to further increase the sample size,and set up a comparison to expand the verifycation. |
