| Purpose:Based on the classical Chinese medicine prescription ChaihuShugan powder in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(Chronics superficial gastritis, CSG) clinical observation ofdisharmony between liver and stomach, clinical evaluation of theparty in the treatment of CSG syndrome of incoordination betweenliver and stomach, CHSGS treatment effect analysis of the disease,and to explore the status of chronic superficial gastritis indiagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.Methods:84cases of Wuhan No.1Hospital from2011March to2012DecemberChinese medicine out-patient "chronic superficial gastritispatients, all cases" with "Chinese consensus on chronic gastritis"(2006, Shanghai) and chronic superficial gastritis medicalconsensus (2009, Shenzhen) diagnostic criteria are determined, asimple randomized to84patients met the inclusion criteria, weredivided into treatment group and control group, each group of42cases.Chinese medicine treatment group was given Chaihushugansandecoction, one dose daily points two times oral; the control groupused omeprazole enteric-coated tablets (Ogilvy: a new era of Shandong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.),10mg each time,2times a dayorally and aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets (talcid: Bayerhealthcare Co. Ltd. to provide)1g each time,3times a day, taking1hours after meal, Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection with oralamoxicillin capsule (AMO Xian: Zhuhai Union Pharmaceutical Limitedby Share Ltd Zhongshan branch provides),500mg/time,2times a day,two groups were taking30days in a row.Clinical observation of twogroups of patients after treatment, curative effect evaluation andendoscopic evaluation, including the main symptoms of the syndromeof gastric mucosa under evaluation.At the same time, safetyevaluation,3months after the recurrence of the treatmentfollow-up questionnaire effective patients, and the recurrencerate of statistics.Results:1. In terms of the main symptoms, the treatment group, the totalefficiency of92.5%, western medicine control group, the totalefficiency of74.4%, the total efficiency compared with significantdifference (p<0.05), suggesting that TCM treatment group curativeeffect is better.2. In TCM syndrome integral, two groups of patients comparedwith those before treatment had significant statistical difference(P<0.01); and the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group andWestern medicine treatment after treatment of TCM syndrome integralcomparison, also has obvious statistical significance (p<0.01).3. In the aspect of the syndromes of TCM, TCM treatment groupthe total effective rate was95%, control group the total effectiverate was76.9%, the total efficiency of two groups after treatmentcompared with significant difference (p<0.05), suggesting that TCM treatment group is significantly better than the control group ofWestern medicine.4. In the aspect of gastroscopy and pathological effect, thetreatment group, the total efficiency of92.5%, western medicinecontrol group, the total efficiency of66.7%, the two groups aftertreatment were obviously different compared to the total cure rateof efficiency and (P<0.05, P<0.01), suggesting that TCM of gastricmucosal lesion in improving the curative effect is obviouslysuperior to the control group of Western medicine.5. The recurrence rate of the treatment group, the recurrencerate was5.6%, significantly lower than the control group28.6%,P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusions:The Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of chronicsuperficial gastritis with incoordination between the liver andstomach in the aspects of clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integraleffect and gastroscopic pathological effect was better than westernmedicine treatment.After treatment with traditional Chinesemedicine in the treatment of imitated confirmed recurrence ofchronic superficial gastritis was obviously lower than that ofWestern medicine treatment group.And less adverse reaction, highsecurity, is worthy of further research and extension. |
