Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis (Depressed Heat In The Liver And Stomach Syndrom) With Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction

Objective:By combining statistical analysis with clinical observation to seek the mechanism of curing the chronic non-atrophic gastritis and to provide the basis research of Chaihu Xianxiong decoction cure the chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of depressed heat in the liver and stomach.Methods:Collecting 100 patients who conform the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation standard of the chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire in Shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatients in the spleen and stomach department, then according the contrast, randomizing divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases), respectively from symptoms improved in patients, electronic gastroscope observation of gastric mucosa change and security data change to observe and analysis Chaihu Xianxiong decoction cure GNAG’s curative effect and security, finally give the evaluation.Results:This study bring into patients 100 cases, among treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). Results Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 96.0%, control group was 94.0%; comparison treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM symptoms total score significantly lower than before treatment^< 0.01); after 4 weeks treatment, treatment group’s symptoms improved in patients includes fullness or distension in the stomach, stomachache, belching and acid regurgitation, din, dry mouth and mouth pain and poor appetite have significantly difference(P<0.05), wiry pulse had no obvious change; control group’s symptoms improved in patients includes stomachache, belching and acid regurgitation, din, dry mouth and mouth pain and poor appetite have significantly difference(P<0.05), fullness or distension in the stomach, wiry pulse had no obvious change. In gastroscope exam, this two group before and after treatment hadn’t obvious improvements, and treatment group and control group in improve gastroscope grading degree had a equal curative effect.Conclusion:1. The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.0% and the control group was 84.0%, according to the statistical analyzes, the differences between groups had no significance (P> 0.05), but from the specific data, the treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.2. After treatment, the treatment group in symptom total score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), the result shows that Chaihu Xianxiong decoction can obviously improve the symptoms and signs.3. Chaihu Xianxiong decoction with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules cure chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach can efficacious improve the symptom of the diagnosis burning pain, pain potential urgent, noisy and pantothenic acid, dry mouth and mouth pain and so on; in gastroscope exam, this can improve patients pathological change include gastric mucosa congestion, edema, erosion and bleeding, in gastroscope, gastric mucosa lesion integral changed.4. Chaihu Xianxiong decoction with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules cure chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach was superior to omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in TCM curative effect and acute inflammation, and in clinical research shown good security. Chaihu Xianxiong decoction with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules cure chronic non-atrophic gastritis with syndrome of stagnated heat in liver and stomach was security and efficacious.5. The disease mainly in the liver and stomach. The basic pathogenesis and pathologic basis are liver and stomach heat stagnation, stomach disharmony. Chronic non-atrophic gastritis shows the liver stomach disharmony in early manifestations, and turns to the stagnation of liver and stomach in acute attack period, treatment is clearing heat and purging fire.
