Clinical Observation Of Treating Of Chronic Non-Atrophic Gastritis(Stomach Deficiency And Congestion Of Fluid-Retention In Syndromes)with Fuling Gancao Decoction

Objective: This subject is a clinical study on the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach deficiency and congestion of fluid-retention in syndromes)by the traditional Chinese medicine prescription Fuling Gancao Decoction.The clinical research of this trial verified the clinical effectiveness and safety of Fuling Gancao Decoction,and provided new ideas and new methods for the future clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach deficiency and congestion of fluid-retention in syndromes).Methods: A total of 72 patients from November 2018 to November 2019 who were treated at the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the clinical diagnosis of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach deficiency and congestion of fluid-retention in syndromes)were collected.After enrollment,they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases each.During the test,5 patients fell off due to various reasons.In the final treatment group,34 patients were enrolled,and in the control group,33 patients were enrolled.The treatment group was treated with Fuling Gancao Decoction,and the control group was treated with Wenweishu granules,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the treatment was completed,the differences in TCM syndrome scores and gastroscopy gastric mucosal scores between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment were analyzed statistically,and safety evaluation was performed.Results:1.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points between Two Groups of Patients After Treatment.After one course of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.29% and 66.67%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment group with single symptom scores of heavy limbs,bad mouth stickiness,light mouth and no hunger was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison of gastric mucosal scores under gastroscopy in two groups of patients after treatment.After one course of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.35% and 63.64%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the endoscopic gastric mucosal integral scores of the two groups were low In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Safety assessmentAfter the completion of the clinical trial,the safety indicators of the two groups of patients were tested,and the results showed that the safety detection indicators of the two groups of patients did not show significant abnormal changes compared with before treatment,and both the treatment group and the control group were treated with the drug.For adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion: Modified Fuling Gancao Decoction has a good clinical effect on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(stomach deficiency and congestion of fluid-retention in syndromes),which can improve gastric pain,chest and abdomen congestion,vomiting,sputum,heavy limbs,unpleasant mouth,light mouth Hunger and other symptoms,and can effectively improve the performance of gastric erythema,erosion,bleeding and other symptoms under gastroscopy,which is conducive to the treatment of diseases.And high safety,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
