Increasing incidence with age, men than women. Methods oftreatment mainly includes eradication of HP﹑protection of gastric mucosa﹑gastricmotility improvement and Antibiotic drugs. Years of clinical practice prove thatfactors in the pathogenesis of this disease western medicine has not explicitlyexpounded, its corresponding treatment also is not very perfect. Western medicinetreatment cannot reverse the course fundamentally. However, traditional Chinesemedicine has a long history,“the overall concept, dialectical therapy”treatmentprinciple, combined performance under gastroscope pathology, pathological findingsand other related indexes, through clinical verification repeatedly, a lot of, hasachieved remarkable clinical curative effect, and has the characteristics of high safety,less side effect, greatly show the motherland medicine in treatment of chronicatrophic gastritis advantage. This paper aims to explore the mechanism of eight kindsof Hewei decoction clinical therapeutic effect on chronic atrophic gastritis ofliver-stomach disharmony.Methods:60cases of CAG patients from China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin Universitywhich Conform to the diagnosis and dialectical standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each has30cases. All patients completed the study,no less case. These is no statistical significance in the two groups in sex, age, courseof disease, treatment of the severity of illness differences(P〉0.05). The treatmentgroup (30cases) was treated with eight kinds of Hewei decoction; The controlgroup(30cases) using teprenone for8weeks, and omeprazole﹑clarithromycin﹑metronidazole for2weeks. Observe the changes of effect comparison of TCMsyndrome curative before and after treatment, gastroscope changes, and HP infectionclearance between the two groups.Results:1. Comparison between the treatment group and the control group of patients aftertotal efficacy: The treatment group5cases were cured,14cases markedly effective,effective5cases, invalid6cases, markedly effective rate was63.30%, the totaleffective rate was80.00%; The control group cured2cases, effective in7cases,effective10cases, invalid11cases, markedly effective rate was30.00%, the totaleffective rate was63.30%. Symptoms offatigue, The treatment group of26cases,12cases were cured, effective in8cases,effective4cases, invalid2cases, the total effective rate was92.30%; A control groupof27patients,10cases were cured,4cases markedly effective, effective5cases,invalid8cases, the total effective rate was70.37%. Symptoms of anorexia, Thetreatment group of20cases,10cases were cured, effective in6cases, effective3cases,invalid1cases, the total effective rate was95.00%; A control group of22patients,10cases were cured,3cases markedly effective, effective4cases, invalid5cases, thetotal effective rate was77.27%.
