Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Qi Stagnation Syndrome Of Liver And Stomach) With Chaihu Shugan San

Objective: This study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(qi stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach),and to evaluate the safety of Chaihu Shugan San in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(qi stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach).Effectiveness provides a more effective and safe treatment for chronic non-atrophic gastritis(qi stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach).Methods: All patients in this study were from the outpatients of the Department of Hepatic and Spleen and Gastroenterology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were enrolled from November 2017 to December 2018.69 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(qi stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach)were selected after screening.The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 in the treatment group,and 34 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Chaihu Shugan San Powder,450 ml of water decoction juice,150 ml each time,and the patients were given oral orally after dinner.The control group was given Weisu granules,1 bag each time,2 times a day,and the sputum patients were warmed up half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Both groups were administered continuously for 28 days.The changes in symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were closely observed and recorded during the treatment.The changes of TCM symptom scores and endoscopic mucosal inflammation were evaluated before and after treatment.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and compare the pre-treatment and post-treatment differences.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in the general conditions of the two groups before treatment,TCM syndrome main symptom score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome score,and gastroscope score(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome main symptom score,TCM syndrome syndrome score,TCM syndrome score total score,and gastroscope score in the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before treatment.P<0.05,indicating that the two treatment methods have therapeutic effects on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(qi stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach).3.After treatment,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that the two points of the TCM syndrome score and the gastroscope score of the treatment group were compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores and gastroscopy scores.4.After 28 days of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80.56%,and the effective rate of the control group was 69.44%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Conclusion:1.The clinical incidence of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis is high.Chaihu Shugan San can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation,and epigastric distension and pain in the ribs and flanks,frequent sputum and other symptoms have a significant improvement.2.Chaihu Shugan San has obvious improvement effect on endoscopic erythema,edema,erosion,hemorrhage,etc.in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation,suggesting that Chaihu Shugan Powder can be effective Improve the patient's inflammatory response.3.Chaihu Shugan San has good clinical effect on patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation,and no adverse reactions.
