The Clinical Observation Of Guipi Decoction Add-Minus Treatment Of Heart Deficiency And Spleen Deficiency Type Menorrhagia

Objective: Clinical apply Guipi decoction add-minus treatment of h eart deficiency and spleen deficiency type menorrhagia.The clinical effic acy was observed and evaluated.Methods: Twenty-eight patients with gynecological outpatient clinic s from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Tradit ional Chinese Medicine,who met the criteria for heart deficiency and s pleen deficiency type menorrhagia,were randomly selected from May 2017 to September 2018.Symptomatic treatment was given to Guipi Dec oction.On the first day of menstrual cramps,the drug was taken until the end of the menstrual period,and the self-made Chinese patent medi cine Shenqi Guipi syrup was orally administered during the non-menstru al period.The three-month cycle was used.The changes of menstrual volume and the improvement of TCM syndrome before and after treatm ent were observed.The clinical effect of Guipi decoction add-minus tre atment of heart deficiency and spleen deficiency type menorrhagiawas a nalyzed by statistical method.Results:1.Overall efficacy after treatment: Compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment was significantly low er than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Among the 28 patients who completed this clinical obser vation,10 were cured,4 were markedly effective,9 were effective,and the total effective rate was 82.14%.Clinical efficacy is significant.2.Improvement of menstrual bleeding after treatment: Compared wi th before treatment,the score of menstrual bleeding was significantly re duced after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Improvement of other symptoms: After the treatment,the scores of each Chinese medicine syndromes were significantly less than thosebefore treatment,such as the menstrual,heart palpitations,less sleep,a norexia,loose stool,weakness were reduced to varying degrees.The dif ference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Clinical apply Guipi decoction add-minus can effectively treat ex cessive heart deficiency and spleen deficiency type menorrhagia.It can r educe bleeding,2.Clinical apply Guipi decoction add-minus can effectively treat ex cessive heart deficiency and spleen deficiency type menorrhagia.Other cl inical symptoms such as the menstrual,heart palpitations,less sleep,an orexia,loose stool,weakness can be improved obviously.
