The Clinical Research Of Bao Yin Decoction Add-minus Treatment Of Yin Deifciency And Blood Heat Type Menorrhagia

Purpose:observing Bao yin decoction and Po wa palace hemostasis granules oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment menorrhagia of yin virtual blood hot curative effect.Method: Patients from January2013to October2013in changchun university ofChinese medicine, the affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology clinic patients chooseto meet the criteria for the64patients with Yin deficiency blood-heat menorrhagia, will enter64test cases according to the research of time order number, and then randomly assigned totreatment group and control group,32cases in each group conducting clinical research. Thetreatment group given Bao yin decoction add and subtract treatment, control group given Powa palace hemostasis granules treatment. On the first day of menstruation to start taking,water a blunt, one dose per day, morning and evening dress, even served7days, for a periodof treatment. Take the study drug at the same time not taking other drugs, even stop takingafter serving three menstrual cycles. Observe the variety of menstrual quantity, compare thechange of symptom integral before and after the treatment, and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: Treatment group32cases,5cases cured,16cases had marked effect,10caseswere effective,1had no effect. Recovery rate is15.625%，Show the efficiency of50%, theeffective rate was31.25%，Without efficiency3.125%, total effective rate was96.875%, andthe treatment effect is remarkable. The symptoms before and after treatment comparison,there is statistical significance (P <0.05).Control group32cases,1case was cured,10caseshad marked effect,15cases were effective, invalid6cases. Recovery rate is3.125%， Toshow the efficiency of31.25%, the effective rate was46.875%， No efficiency18.75%, totaleffective rate was81.25%. The symptoms before and after treatment comparison, there isstatistical significance (P <0.05). Treatment group curative effect compared with controlgroup, the treatment group was better than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: this topic through the study of64patients with Yin deficiency blood-heatmenorrhagia, can come to the conclusion that bao Yin decoction treatment with Po wa palacehemostasis granules Yin blood-heat menorrhagia has reliable hemostasis effect, and cansignificantly improve symptoms. But Bao yin decoction and subtract the curative effect issuperior to palace hemostasis granules, can be used as an effective prescription in the treatment of menorrhagia, no adverse reaction, deserves further research and clinicalapplication.
