Acupuncture Combined With Buzhong Yiqi Decoction To Treat Qi Deficiency Clinical Observation Of Menorrhagia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of menorrhagia due to qi deficiency,so as to explore a more safe and effective treatment method.Methods:64 patients from the second department of gynecology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and all met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,32 patients were given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus or minus,and started to take it on the first day of menstruation and continued to take it for 7 consecutive days.In the treatment group,acupuncture was applied on the second day of menstruation and continued for 3 days.Three months as a course of treatment.To observe the effects of the two methods on improving menstrual volume and TCM syndromes,and make statistical analysis on the resultsResults:In the treatment group,8 cases were cured and 1 case was invalid,the effective rate was 96.77%.In the control group,4 cases were cured and 9 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 70.96%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),there were significant differences between groups after treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,8 cases were cured and 2 cases were invalid,with an effective rate of 93.54%.In the control group,4 cases were cured and 11 cases were invalid,with an effective rate of 64.51%.There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences between groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in maj or symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),there were significant differences between groups after treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a good effect on hemostasis in qi-deficient menorrhagia,and can significantly improve its accompanying symptoms,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
