Clinical Observation Of Guipi Decoction And Yougui Pill In The Treatment Of MDS With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill in treating MDS patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods: In this study,patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of MDS treated in Hematology Department of XinJiang Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to Decenber 2017 were selected.The control group was treated with thalidomide,while the treatment group was treated with thalidomide combined with Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill.The retrospective study was conducted,the blood routine and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were observed after the treatment,and the curative effect of Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill on MDS was evaluated.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in WBC?PLT?RBC?HGB level between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Paired t-test was used for each single integral and total score of the two groups before and after treatment,in addition to the control group before and after dryness of the throat,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the other syndrome scores before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Independent sample t-test was used to compare the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference in hemorrhagic symptoms after treatment(P > 0.05),the scores of other syndromes had statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate was69.57% in the control group and 88.00% in the treatment group.The rank sum test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill did not improve the levels of WBC,PLT,RBC and HGB in patients with MDS.In terms of TCM symptoms,Guipi Decoction and Yougui Pill is superior to western medicine in treating MDS patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
