Modified Yiqi Shexue Decoction In Treating Menorrhagia Of Qideficiency Syndrome Clinical Observation

Purpose: By comparing with the study of Bazhen Granule added Styptic,to observe traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Shexue Decoction in treating menorrhagia of Qi deficiency syndrome clinical effect.Method: From Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of gynaecological clinic in line with menorrhagia(Qi Deficiency Syndrome)in patients with clinical diagnosis of a total of 72 bits,at a ratio of 1:1 using a randomized method,randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases of treatment of group,36 cases of the control group.Yiqi Shexue decoction on treatment group given(by the codonopsis pilosula,white atractylodes rhizome,astragali radix,cuttlebone,rubia cordifolia,psoralea carylifolia,rhizoma cimicifugae,bupleurum,yam,zhigancao),the control group given Bazhen Granule added Styptic,two groups of 3 menstryal cycles of treatment.Watch and record two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM Symptom Score,for statistical analysis of the comparison.Result:(1)evaluation of Curative Effect of TCM syndrome,the treatment group 36 cases,respectively,cure 8 cases,markedly in 12 cases,effective 15 cases,ineffective in 1 case,cure rate of 22.22%,markedly effective rate was 33.33%,efficiency 41.67%,the inefficiency of 2.78%,the total effective rate was 97.22%,and the treatment effect is remarkable.The symptoms before and after treatment comparison,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).;in 36 cases in control group,respectively,cure 2 cases,markedly in 8 cases,effective 14 cases,ineffective in 12 cases,cure rate of 5.56%,markedly effective rate was 22.22%,efficiency38.89%,the inefficiency of 33.33%,the total effective rate was 66.67%.The symptoms before and after treatment comparison,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05).Treatment group curative effect compared with control group,the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:This topic through the study of 72 patients with Qi deficiency syndrome menorrhagia,can come to the conclusion that Yiqi Shexue decoction treatment with Bazhen Granule added Styptic Qi deficiency syndrome menorrhagia has reliable hemostasis effect,and can significantly improve symptoms.But Yiqi Shexue decoction effect is superior to Bazhen Granule added Styptic,protable and convenient,can be used as an effectiveprescription in the treatment of menorrhagia,no adverse reaction,difficult to recur,deserves further research and clinical application.
