Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Phlegm-heat Block Type With Modified Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction

Objective: In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris phlegm-heat block type by case series research methods,and preliminarily explored the clinical significance of modified Chaihu Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,40 patients with stable angina pectoris diagnosed as coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated with Jiawei Chaihu Xianxiong decoction once a day,twice in the morning and half an hour after meals,150 ml each time for 4 weeks.Record and compare the changes of TCM symptom score,angina pectoris and nitroglycerin dosage before and after treatment,and judge the clinical efficacy by self-control before and after treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the patients were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score after treatment was 81.58%.Among them,9 patients were effective,22 patients were effective,7 patients were ineffective,and 0 were aggravated.The changes of angina score before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris score was 76.31%.Among them,8 patients were markedly effective,21 patients were effective,9 patients were ineffective and 0 were aggravated.After 4 weeks of treatment,the stop rate of nitroglycerin was 78.95%.Among them,the number of discontinued drugs was 7,the number of reduced drugs was 23,the number of unchanged drugs was 8,and the number of increased drugs was 0.Conclusion:1.Modified Chaihu Xianxiong decoction can improve the attack ofangina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type,reduce the integral of TCM syndromes and the use rate of nitroglycerin,with good curative effect.2.No adverse reactions occurred during the study.
