Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type,we preliminarily explored the clinical significance of Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type. Methods: By the method of prospective case series,we selected 56 patients of stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type who met the inclusion criteria from January 2019 to November 2019 in the outpatient department of Harbin Aerospace Fenghua Hospital, and we used Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction to treat them for 4 consecutive weeks, and the prescriptions were appropriately added and reduced according to the differences of clinical symptoms. We took the total score of TCM symptoms, the scores of single TCM symptom, the angina attack symptom score and the rate of stopping and reducing nitroglycerin as the therapeutic indexes, counted the data before and after treatment with SPSS22.0,and observed the clinical efficacy of Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type.In addition,we also observed the clinical adverse reactions.Results:1.The General Situation: 56 patients were enrolled in this trial,3 cases were lost, and 53 cases were effective. There were 30 males and 23 females. The average age of these patients was 59.68±9.81 years old,and most of them were middle-aged and old-aged.2.The Curative Effect of TCM Symptoms: The total score of TCM symptoms was in weekly reduction, and the statistical difference was significant(P=0.000<0.01).Except for obesity, the scores of other single TCM symptoms decreased every week, and the statistical differences were significant(P<0.05);in addition, the scores of chest pain and chest tightnessdecreased evidently, and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000<0.01);the score of obesity did not improve evidently, and the statistical difference wasn't significant(P=0.537>0.05).The overall effective rate of TCM symptoms was 84.91%.About the score grading degree of TCM symptoms, the number of patients with moderate degree reduced significantly after treatment, and the percentage decreased from 66.04% to32.08%.3.The attack of angina pectoris: The score of angina pectoris attack symptoms decreased every week, and the statistical difference was significant(P=0.000<0.01)compared the 4th week with the 0th week through paired t-test.The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 81.13%.After treatment compared with before treatment, the number of patients with grade III reduced significantly, and the percentage decreased from 62.26% to 30.19%.4.The stopping and reducing rate of nitroglycerin: After treatment,10 patients stopped taking nitroglycerin,31 patients reduced the usage,12 patients did not change the usage,0 patient increased the usage, and the stopping and reducing rate of nitroglycerin was 77.36%.Conclusions:1.Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction could reduce the total score of TCM symptoms and the scores of single symptom, and improve the attack of angina pectoris and the usage of nitroglycerin of patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type,so the curative effect was good.2.There were no adverse reactions in the process, and the clinical safety of Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction combined with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat block type was not bad.
