Observation Of Jia Wei Er Chen Decoction Treating Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm Resistance Type) With HHCY

Objection:Apply "jia jian er chen decoction" treat Coronary Heart Disease stable angina pectoris,observe 24h total myocardial ischemia time and variation of serum homocysteine,discuss TCM's efficacy and mechanism about CHD stable angina pectoris.Method:The clinical observation of 42patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient department,modern medical diagnosis of coronary heart disease stable angina,Chinese medicine diagnosis of chest pain phlegm resistance type,the patient will take "jia jian er chen decoction",The treatment time was 4 weeks,the patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,dynamic myocardial total myocardial ischemia,serum homocysteine(Hcy),electrocardiogram efficacy,angina pectoris classification changes,using SPSS 19.0 statistics Statistical analysis.Result:1.TCM syndrome score and efficiency:before and after treatment of patients with syndromes were statistically significant(p<0.05),the total effective rate was 90.48%.2.24 hours of myocardial ischemia total load:before and after treatment of patients with myocardial ischemia total load difference was statistically significant.3.Serum homocysteine comparison:before and after treatment differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Use of nitroglycerin:the total rate of nitroglycerin stoping and reduction is 83.33%.Conclusions:1."jia jian er chen decoction" of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in patients with phlegm resistance type,can improve the TCM syndrome.2."jia jian er chen decoction" in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,can improve the patient's 24-hour ambulatory ECG myocardial ischemia total load.3."jia jian er chen decoction" of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in patients with phlegm resistance type,can make the patient's blood homocysteine decreased.
