Clinical Observation Of Kuanxionghuatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Phlegm

Objective: Observe the clinical effect of the tutor experience Fang Kuanxiong Huatan Decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris and phlegm obstruction syndrome,and make a preliminary evaluation of its safety and effectiveness.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine: aspirin enteric coated tablets,100 mg,once a day;metoprolol tartrate tablets,12.5mg,twice a day;perindopril TERT butylamine tablets,2mg,once a day;atorvastatin calcium tablets,20 mg,once a night.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Kuanxiong Huatan Decoction,1 dose per day.The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.The changes of TCM syndrome integral,clinical manifestations of angina pectoris,ST segment and T wave of routine 12 lead ECG before and after treatment,stopping rate of nitroglycerin before and after treatment and changes of blood lipid before and after treatment were compared,including serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)Discussion and analysis.Results: after 14 days of treatment,the following results can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the indicators of the two groups:1.TCM syndrome score and comparative analysis of curative effect: Although the two treatment schemes of the two groups can significantly reduce the symptoms of chest distress,chest pain,phlegm,dizziness and physical distress,the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of single symptom,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of SAP treatment in the control group was 70%,and that in the treatment group was 90%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparative analysis of the stopping rate of nitroglycerin: the stopping rate of nitroglycerin was 63.3% in the control group and 86.7% in the treatment group.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin in both groups was slower,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.ECG comparative analysis: the effective rate of SAP treatment in the control group was 66.7%,and the effective rate of SAP treatment in the treatment group was 80%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).4.Comparison and analysis of angina pectoris: the effective rate of the control group in the treatment of SAP symptoms was 76.7%,and the effective rate of the treatment group in the treatment of SAP symptoms was 90%.The treatment of both groups slowed down SAP symptoms,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparative analysis of blood lipid: after treatment,the p-values of the treatment group before and after treatment were less than 0.01,the control group before and after treatment TC items P > 0.05,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C items P < 0.05;after treatment between the two groups,HDL-C items P > 0.05,TC,TG,LDL-C items P values were less than0.05.6.Safety comparison: during the test,no obvious abnormality was found in the safety indexes of life signs,three major conventions,liver and kidney functions and other safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred in the 60 patients in the test treatment group and the control group,fully confirming the safety of the test.Conclusion: Kuanxiong Huatan Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of senile SAP with phlegm turbid and blocking syndrome,and there is no adverse reaction during the treatment period,which is worthy of clinical application and wide promotion.
