The Influence Of Musktonic Tablet On Stable Angina(Phlegm)and As Model Rats Lp-PL-A2

Objective:1.To observe the effect of myotitrin on the stability of coronary heart disease(phlegm),the effect of hypersensitivity c-reactive protein,serum lipoprotein related phospholipid enzyme A2.2.To observe the effect of musktonic pill on hypersensitivity c-reactive protein,serum lipoprotein related phospholipase-A2 in atherosclerosis rat model.3.This paper discusses the possible mechanism of musktonic pill and provides basis for the clinical treatment of stable angina.Methods:1.Clinical research:choose from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital cardiovascular division of outpatient and ward phlegm heat and blood stasis resistance type 20 cases of patients with stable angina,randomly divided into two groups,each group 10 cases,random,respectively,the treatment group(musk tong heart dropping pill),the control group(musk heart dropping pill placebo),oral medications,respectively,two pills at a time,three times a day,after 56 days,Seattle scale changes of the patients were observed before and after treatment,serum CRP and the change of the index such as Lp-PL-A2,explore musk macaroni dropping the possible mechanism for the treatment of stable angina.2.Animal experiment:Select 60 healthy male SD rats,random take 15 only as blank group,the remaining 45 to take on a high-fat diet with the method of injecting pituitrin induced rat atherosclerosis,to establish animal models of atherosclerosis.Remove dead 3 only,the remaining 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,respectively is:the model control group,Chinese medicine treatment group,western medicine treatment group,respectively for 8 weeks,latex agglutination turbidimetric method to determine each group rats hypersensitive c-reactive protein,kit for determining the content of each related phospholipase A2,observation group rats serum hs-CRP,Lp-PL-A2 changes;The morphological changes were observed in the carotid aorta.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the Seattle scale score was higher and statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group hs-CRP was reduced and statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group Lp-PL-A2 was reduced and statistically significant(P<0.05).Animal experiment:1.Compared with the control group of the model,the treatment group of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was reduced by hs-CRP and was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group in the control group,the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment group was reduced by Lp-PL-A2,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group of the model,the pathologic changes of the musktonic group rats were relieved.Conclusion:The clinical study:1.Musky tonsil can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with stable angina.2.Musk macaroni dropping pill may by reducing phlegm heat and blood stasis resistance type hypersensitive c-reactive protein in patients with stable angina,lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 levels,adjust the anti-inflammatory mechanism,stable plaques.Animal experiment:1.Musk macaroni dropping pill may by reducing atherosclerotic rats hypersensitive c-reactive protein and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 levels,adjust the anti-inflammatory mechanism,stable plaques.2.The pathologic morphology of the aorta of the aorta is significantly improved by the ambrothyma pill.
